BTS Dark Angel Yoongi Happy Ending

You never felt so bad in your life. These last months were horrible. Not only did you have to get saved by Yoongi multiple times but also deal with his complains and insults. It made you feel bad and you became really negative about yourself.

Yoongi's insults often contained things like 'Why can't you do anything right?' 'Are you really that stupid?' 'Idiot' 'Pathetic' the list could go on and on. You were wondering why or what makes him so angry all the time. The more you thought about it, the more you got to the conclusion that it was most likely you or the fact that he had to deal with a human.

You wanted to know for sure. So, you gathered all you courage and called out to ask him and hoped that he would talk to you.

"Yoongi..? "
"What do you want? "
"I wanted to talk to you.. Do you have some time to spare for me?"
"If I didn't then I wouldn't be here.. Fine, what is it?"
"I wanted to know why you're always in such a bad mood. Is it really because of me or is it something else? "
"Why do you wanna know? "
"Well.. Maybe if I know then I could try to help and make it better.. So, it would be more bearable for both of us.."
"And what if I say that it's you that's been bothering me all the time, what are you gonna do then? "
"Uh.."
"That's what I thought."
"But you just said 'what if', is it really me? "

He didn't answer, which actually made you wonder. Either he was getting too annoyed with you or just didn't want to talk anymore.

"Alright I can't force you to talk to me. But I'll try to make it better and not bother you so often. "

And you left him alone again. You actually didn't know what you expected to gain from this conversation. Maybe you wanted to get to know him better through this but in anyway, he just won't talk. You're also not sure if it's good or not.

- Time skip 3 hours later -

"You're really thinking too much about it, aren't you?"
"Huh what? "
"Well if you wouldn't be then you also won't be stirring an empty pot on a turned off stove."
"O-oh.."

You actually didn't know what you wanted to do here in the kitchen and you just started to daydream. When you put the pot away and turned to Yoongi, he hesitantly started to talk again.

"Listen, I thought about it again. What you were asking and well.. Maybe we can talk about it again.."

Now that really surprised you. Not only did he come to you himself, he actually wants to talk to you. You put everything away and went back into the living room with him. When both of you sat down, he on his favorite spot, the windowsill and you on the couch but still facing him, you started talking again.

"Alright, so you thought about it and.. Do you have an answer? "
"Well sort of, you humans just don't really leave good memories behind when I take care of you."
"What do you mean?"
"Of course, you're not the first human I had to watch over and before let's say.. I tried too hard.. Dark Angels like us weren't always like this. We were normal Angels before but we change through hatred. That is the reason why we have these 'consequences' when we watch over a human again. To get back at them."
"But not all humans are the same.."

"Yeah some take advantage of kindness, some make others feel small to make themselves feel superior, lie for their own personal gain.. Should I continue? "
"No.. I get it.."
"Well there you have it.."
"But I haven't done anything bad to you.."
"Maybe you just didn't have the chance to yet"

"No! I would never do something like that and why should I? I asked you to help me, to keep me safe and out of danger and this is how I should repay you? No way! Even if your words hurt, at least I understand now why you said all those things. "
"But sometimes you were really stupid.."
"Okay.. Yeah I was pretty stupid in some situations.. Haha~"

You laughed a little embarrassed and you thought that your ears were playing tricks on you but you looked back at him and it got confirmed. You heard Yoongi actually slightly laughing with you. You didn't understand why but you felt really happy about it. It just made you feel that you got a bit closer to Yoongi even if it was the first and smallest step. It still made you feel happy.

"Yoongi? "
"Hm? "
"Now that we have cleared this up.. Could we maybe start over?"

Yoongi saw the anticipation in your eyes and he found it sort of cute how hard you tried to make him feel better and also gave you a little smile.

"Sure, I guess you're worth it~"

You just couldn't take it anymore, you were filled with so much joy that you just jumped up and gave Yoongi a big hug. He on the other hand was completely overwhelmed and confused by your actions. Still, he gave you a little pat on your back and when you realized what you were doing, you immediately stepped back and apologized.

"Sorry I about that, I just got so happy~"
"Don't worry, honestly... I kinda liked it.. "

Now both of you were a little embarrassed but also laughed about it together.
