What living in California is like

I've lived in California my entire life so I think I can talk about what it's like here. I'll only be talking about Southern California though. It's pretty hot here, like all the time. The coldest it gets here is a few degrees below 30 in the middle of the night in winter. At least where I live, we have like 2 weeks of winter then it gets hot again. My apartment is a little over an hour and a half away from the beach, but I don't go there often. When the end of the world is over, I want to go to Disneyland again.

Honestly, living in California has good and bad. Summer is absolute hell, but that's the case in a lot of west coast states. Part of the reason why I want to be living in New York (at least when I'm a legal adult) is because it snows there. I've only been in snow twice, and I loved it. I love the cold, cloudy, and rainy days. I was always the more quiet type who preferred to read books or watch tv on rainy days. I love the rain so much, but I can't understand why I do.

What else am I supposed to talk about? Maybe the good parts about living here. If you don't care much for cold weather, California is the place for you. That's like the only good thing I can think of
