Louis Tomlinson isn't your averaged 19-year old boy. He hears voices. He talks to himself. He is trapped in his own little word. Soon, the voices start telling him to do bad things. The voices were now screaming at him, commanding him to do all the horrid things. After he listens to them, and cuts a deep gash into his arms, his parents put him into Medical Meadow Institute.

There, he meets Harold Edward Styles. He was suffering from Severe Multiple-Personality-Disorder. These multiple personalities all feel differently about Louis, but all Louis wants is for Harry to be happy.
