Rayn does have parents her mom is a model who travels around the world so she's never around but she sends money for Rayn every month ..and makes sure all the bills and house is taken care of !
Rayns mother had her when she was only 16 and Rayn is 17 now so her mom is still pretty young and wanted to continue her career. As for Rayns dad he passed away in a car crash on his way to the hospital to see Rayn being born .I know tragic right?
