Anna was staring out the window of the compartment, a soft and content smile on her face. She watches as the trees pass by, it was beautiful and serene. Nostalgia filled her, she turns to the empty seat besides her and memories of Tom sitting in complete silence, watching her over his book.

She knew her eyes were unique for a witch, but his were beautiful, she hated when they weren't on her.

"It's been years since I've ridden on this train, it's the same, never changing." Jamie says, breaking the silence. He had a nostalgic look in his eyes

Anna turns and she smiles. "It is, it truly is the same. Many things have changed since I was put under but I am happy that this wasn't one of them." Anna says, trailing a finger down the edge of the window.

Jamie smiles.

"As do.... Anna I would like to discuss your new situation. Your mother has explained the limited amount of information she has been provided. But I want to keep you well informed. I believe that this relationship will work with complete honesty." Allen says

Anna nods, turning fully towards him.

"From what we gathered, you believe that the Ministry sent us to guard you, to watch over you. But there is something you need to understand, Anna. The Ministry is filled with corrupt witches and wizards, it's how it's always been, even at the year 1944." Allen says

Jamie settles down besides Allen, letting the older man speak for both of them. "Grindelwald still has a hold....he's the one who implanted the thought of Aurors guarding you." Allen admits.

Anna straightens up in shock. Jamie raises his hands in defense, trying to settle her down. "We aren't on his side, we never were but it's our job to follow orders of the Ministry." Jamie sighs, he didn't want to worry the girl.

"How do you know this." Anna ask

"People talk, and I have connections." Allen says

Anna swallows. "Even now my father has control of my life." Anna whispers to herself, her fingers picking at her jeans. "Don't worry Anna, we won't disturb your life, you'll be a normal teenage girl. I just wanted you to know the full truth before you lay your life in our hands." Jamie promises

"I appreciate the honesty. But how will I live a normal life? I'll have guards following after me 24/7. People won't want me around." Anna says shaking her head in anger.

"They won't notice us, we are perfectly capable in blending in, there's Aurors all around the school. And thanks to you, we won't have to wear armor all the time, it makes the job easier." Allen says

Anna considers his word for a moment before nodding. She looks back up and she meets the older man's gaze. "Thank you for not looking at me as if I'm a monster...like my father." Anna says

It hurt her to call her father a monster, because he was still her father.

"Your just a girl, if you were any older then well worry, all we have to worry about is you sneaking out to see a boy." Allen says, making Anna giggle.

"I highly doubt you'll have to worry about that." Anna says

"Your stunning, it's about the only thing well have to worry about." Jamie jokes

Anna is glad that the guards didn't act cold around her. She half expected it, but the conversation was easy and it made her feel better.

Anna sends Jamie a smile. "You flatterer." Anna teases

....

"How do you know that it was my father who implanted the thought." Anna asks "the Minister doesn't hide the fact that he was a follower of Grindelwald." Allen says sadly.

"And why hasn't anyone done anything to stop the Minister." Anna asks "people are scared Anna, especially with the Dark Lords rise in power, people need the Ministry to protect them." Jamie says

....

Later.

Allen enters the cart with a handful of treats. Anna tilts her head amused. "Is that why you left." Anna ask

Allen shrugs with an amused grin. "I've missed the train's chocolate, don't worry I've gotten you something, I heard you like Pumpkin Pasties." Allen says

Anna brightens and she nods. "I love them." Anna says "good." Allen says, throwing her the packaging.

Anna smiles and she opens the box, taking a quick whiff. Anna hums in delight. "I love them here especially. I had almost completely forgotten how delicious they were." Anna says

"Glad I can be in service to ya." Allen says "what about me." Jamie jokes

Allen rolls his eyes and he throws him a chocolate frog. Jamie brightens and he digs in.

....

Allen looks at Jamie in worry as he holds back Anna's hair as she throws up. "I'm sorry my body is still adjusting from the spell." Anna breaths

Anna pulls back and she nods in thanks at Allen, relaxing on the bathroom floor.

"The floor is nasty, you shouldn't sit there." Jamie points out

Anna waves him away. "Let me be." Anna whines

Jamie rolls his eyes and he bends down, grabbing Anna around the waist and throwing her over his shoulder, making her yelp in surprise.

"We don't have time for this Anna, Hagrid is waiting for us." Jamie says, exiting the bathroom.

Allen sighs and he follows after them.

....

People watch as the two Aurors exit the train with Anna swung over the youngers shoulder. It was an odd sight but Anna was pale and slouched over, the wave of nausea hasn't passed.

Hagrid makes his way over in worry. "Anna are you okay." Hagrid ask "I'm fine, I've just gotten nauseas." Anna says, reluctantly lifting her head, her lips slightly blue and chapped.

"Sorry dear but it's not going to get any better, you have to ride the carriage." Hagrid says

Anna swallows harshly as Jamie gently sets her down. "Let's get it over with." Anna says, she wishes that she could enjoy the carriage ride but the nausea isn't going away.

....

Jamie and Allen stare at Anna as she empties her guts out through the window.

Jamie cringes while Allen looks at her in sympathy. "Want some water." Allen ask

Anna shakes her head. "After the carriage ride, it'd only give me more to throw up." Anna groans

....

The older professor meets Anna at the side of the carriage, watching as the you girl fans her sweaty face. Anna hums, telling the woman to continue as if she hadn't emptied out her guts.

"You'll sit at your house since your already sorted, the Headmaster will introduce you, I know your a bit shy when it comes to attention, but think of it as if ripping off a bandaid. Thankfully You don't have to be with the first years." Mcgonagall says

Anna nods, looking better, her cheeks gaining a soft flush.

"Thank you professor, and what about my guards." Anna asks, slightly leaning back, "they'll be outside the doors, don't worry." Mcgonagall says

"Okay." Anna says, turning to her two guards, both silently standing at the door, faces stoic, just like how she met them.
