Harry blinked, a sudden rush of light came into his view. He groaned feeling pain in his temple, remembering his best mate Ron had knocked him right out.

Sly git.

He rose from his bed, his sheets tangled between his legs. He was in his room at the Order's hideout. Sirius house. He felt his throat tighten. Vivid flashes of his Godfather dying in front of his eyes. Everyone always died in front of him, his parents, Cedric, Sirius now. He sat up against his headboard, bringing his knees to his chest, resting his head on his knees. When was this going to be over he thought.

The thought of Sirius tore at his heart, he hadn't known the man a long time but one of the last things they spoke about was the fact Harry and him were going to be a family. A real family, one of the few things he craved. A place to call home, a place full of smiles and comfort. A safe place. A place opposite from the Dursley's, what horrid people they were. His mother's sister, his unfortunate aunt, he almost shuddered at the thought of them.

He opened his eyes again, sitting straight up rolling his neck, he didn't want to cry. He didn't want to remember the past anymore and he certainly didn't want to seem weak in front of anyone. He looked outside, the sun beaming, it must have been noon. The yellow sun caused a flash of blonde hair to corse through his mind.

The girl.

The girl who came spitting out of the Veil after he blasted it with a curse. Harry almost felt sick again, he had also attempted the killing curse out of pure anger. Though it didn't work, how pathetic he truly was he thought again. How was he meant to be the saviour if he couldn't even produce a curse to save himself.

No, he pushed his self hatred aside, that girl came out right after Sirius fell in. How in the hell did that even happen. Her clothes; she wore a clothes almost like a solider? He noticed she had a black cloak and very sleek uniform underneath. He'd never seen something like that before. And the Veil, he had remembered reading about it before one time with Hermione a few weeks before they had stepped into the Ministry. She was working on her Muggle Studies class about Gods and such and the Veil or something similar has appeared. It was almost like a portal between life and death, death took his Godfather but life produced her. He needed to find out more, he wanted to know if just maybe he could bring ack Sirius then.

If she had fallen in dead, and some how came out alive that meant Sirius might have the same fate Harry thought to himself again. He reached and grabbed his circle glasses standing up from his bed. He still wore his dirty clothes from yesterday, cringing slightly at the sight of just how filthy he has. He shed his clothes, removing all but his briefs, throwing on a pair of new blue jeans and a white shirt before leaving. He heard faint voices coming below, he walked down the stairs approaching the kitchen door that was closed. He frowned, going to open it but it was locked.

All the voices from inside seized instantly, causing his frown to deepen. Why were the Order always so secretive? They wanted him to save their ass yet they couldn't even have faith to fill him in?

Molly Weasley opened the door, her state almost tired as if she hadn't slept. "Oh Harry your awake!" Harry nodded, trying to get a look at who was inside but she covered the door.

"Lunch isn't quite ready dear, why don't you go upstairs and rest? You must be so -"

"I want to know what's going on." Harry cut her off, he hadn't expect his tone to sound so cold yet he didn't feel much about it. He was annoyed again, always feeling left out of the bigger picture. "Where's Remus?"

Molly took a step back, sighing opening the door for him to come in. He saw Hermione and Ron sitting at the table, Remus, Alastor Arthur and Kingsley sitting as well, each looking exhausted.
