It's finally 1st September, Jeon Jeongguk's 24th birthday.
The morning wasn't shiny as usual, either it shone brighter that any other day, with many kind of birds like parrot, sparrows, woodpeckers, robins along with the bugs and butterflies, both the groups competing against the wind.
That day, Taehyung rose earlier to to do all the preparations along with his other friends, but they couldn't let jeongguk know about this. So he just made the breakfast and went to bed beside his husband, pretended to sleep. Basically his plan was he'd wake up a lil' late so that he can start everything after jeongguk disperses to his office. Yes it was a planned surprise.
It was 10 am when others had woken taehyung up, because 1 hour ago his husband already left the house and it was time for them to work hard.
"hm, should I hang this thing with confetti here?" jimin asked with a round thing on his hand, pointing at a small hook on the ceiling just few hands away from the main door inside the house. When the others saw, they nodded their head. And therefore jimin worked.
"guys how about this balloon written 24 be put up on the wall here?" hoseok said pointing on the wall of north.
"listen y'all, we will darken the room when ggukie will enter"
"hoe, where have you kept the cake?"
"heyyy, y'all bunch of hooligans, come and help me with the decorations!!" All kind of talks and noises as mentioned above were coming all throughout the large mansion along with fits of laughter, which meant they were enjoying in each other's nice company.
After much commotion, disagreement and vice versa, etc, the decoration of the full house was done when the time already flew to 4 pm. And just in 2 hours the birthday boy wouldn't be back here, and till then the other people have to go shopping to buy food and presents.
Therefore, as planned everyone headed to the shopping mall along with Taehyung's big KIA car. It wasn't much distance, so they reached hardly in 30 minutes.
"yass, let's g-, hol' up!! Where will we go and what should we buy??" jimin groaned and caressed his nape, who stood there as if he doesn't know anything. But soon earned a light slap on his head by jin for overreacting. Without delaying, they entered H & M. Lanes after lanes... And finally Hoseok reached the stall where matching beanies are sold.
"hmmm, I haven't got enough money so this is my place" he grinned and picked up a pair of beanie with a cute bunny on one and a bear on another. "can y'all tell who will get the other one?" hoseok said though everyone knew the cute baby bear was none other than taehyung, while the referred male giggled.
"guys, look at me!" the mint haired male, Yoongi said. But this time he had a different look on his face, which was of course a black sunglass of Celine with copper color frame and costed a huge amount. "I'll get this for Kook" Yoongi said and everyone nodded.
"ummm guys can u buy the gift from another place, like... Kinda alone" jimin said.
"okay no problem, but make sure, it should be a good one, not like your big jar of jams-". Jimin stomped his foot in anger and went away to a different place, while the others just laughed at the poor boy.
By and by everyone chose their present, but the one who was left was Taehyung. Who still couldn't figure out which present would make his dearest husband happy.
But obviously, rather than wasting time in this shop for hours, it's better doing the leftover preparations, and so did they.
....
After buying all the necessities they were at taehyung and jeongguk's home making food and all. But the brunette was still in a problematic situation as he still couldn't think of what would suit the birthday boy's needs and will love. And time went by when it's also 6 pm, Jungkook would come home. It was totally useless for taehyung to think all those. Because....
...
They didn't have wait long cause a knock was heard soon on the main door. Namjoon quickly checked through the peephole for it was Jungkook or not. After checking he did an 'okay' sign as it was none other than him.
Yoongi leaped across the floor in a soundless way towards to switch board to turn off the all the lights.
On the other hand, everyone hided except Taehyung who was to open the door. But here, it wasn't only the normal Taehyung.
Taehyung turned the knob in order to open, and a 'click' sound occurred. And it revealed a jeongguk in back suite along with a bag pack.
"ahh taehyun-" the male didn't notice who was actually in front of the door. But when he did, he was just surprised.
It revealed an ethereal looking Jeon Taehyung in a white see through shirt with some frills along with it, and a ripped blue jeans. Out of the dark room, the figure shown so much as if the only source of light was him.
All his features indeed looked looked more beautiful than earlier. Jeongguk was still in such a deep shock which was hard of him to recover and come in a normal state of mind.
He lumped in saliva and answered. "t-taehyung... I-is that you?!" though he tried to express his shock to the other by saying it in a serious tone, but he couldn't hold in the huge amount of excitement and pleasure in his body, just because of Taehyung.
Not keeping the other waiting Taehyung smiled shyly at his husband and embraced him tightly with lots of love and affection, and the other mirrored the action. However that didn't last long cause others like Yoongi, jimin, Hoseok, namjoon and jin and other housekeepers shouted 'happy birthday' with all the power left in their voice. And that was the moment where jeongguk cried his heart out which were just the tears of happiness.
Soon he was between the big rounded table with a large dark chocolate cake in front. It was beautiful designed with many heart-shaped chocolate and the main attraction which made it look even more alluring was a picture of jeongguk and Taehyung doing a complete heart with the hands, printed on the cake.
"happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear ggukie, happy birthday to you!" everyone chanted out, singing the song even more beautifully and shouting a bit at the end, just for fun.
Eventually it was turn for everyone to give the presents to jeongguk.
"here take it!" namjoon and jin said handing a couple tshirt of gucci to Jungkook and he too happily took it with a cute grin and uttered a 'thank you'.
"gguks, take these sunglasses...."
"here is a pair of cute beanie representing taehyung and you!" Yoongi and Hoseok said and the three pulled into a hug.
While jimin fake coughed a bit, hinting that it was now his turn. "ummm...."
"yayy Jimin-ah show ur 'secret' present!" jin forced him, emphasizing on 'secret'. But when it came to jimin, he smiled kinda shyly and was a bit embarrassed to give it.
"hey c'mon!"
"okay okay!"
"Take it, j-jeongguk--"
The boy went forward with a bouquet. However, when jeongguk took it and tried to smell, his nose felt numb and senseless.
And he felt so, because it was nothing other than a bouquet of condoms.
"I-.... j-jimin-ah.... Like how???!!" hobie said totally surprised making the others laugh hard. While the two lovers looked at each other shyly, who obviously loved the thing, but still Jungkook had that eye-fucking look on his iris.
"now comes, Jeon Taehyung, husband of Jeon jeongguk!"
