Shiki was seen walking out of the abandoned building. When he did, he saw the girl that he saved waiting for him. When she saw him, she ran up to Shiki and gave him a hug.
"Thank you! Thank you so much!!!!!"
"It was no big deal. I'm glad you're safe. Though, try to be careful okay."
As Shiki said this, he saw the girl's uniform. It was the uniform for Kamome Academy's High School Division. Since he didn't recognize the girl, she must be a transfer student.
"Excuse me, but are you going to Kamome Academy by any chance?"
"Yes, I just transferred today. Now that I look at you, you seem to have the male uniform. I guess that means we'll be seeing each other often."
After she said this, the girl smiled. Meanwhile, Shiki was surprised that the school got a new student. Soon he decided to introduce himself to his school mate.
"Nice to meet you, i'm Shiki Aozaki, a Second Year."
"So you're my senpai. Nice to meet you, i'm Akiha Tohno. It's nice to meet you, Aozaki-Senpai."

As soon as she introduced herself, Akiha ran ahead as she was already late for school. While she ran off, Shiki had a smile on his face. It looks like another energetic person has arrived at his school. As Shiki was beginning to walk to school, he felt as if someone walked pass him as he heard a voice.
"I'm glad you're doing well, Shiki."

"It happened so fast, yet so many things happened in this brief moment. Her eyes that were bright red, her hair as that shined like the sun, even her voice that was soothing to the ears. When I saw and heard this presence, I felt so much emotion. I felt sadness, I felt joy, I felt overwhelmed. As I turned around, I saw no one around me matching that description, but a name soon escaped from my lips."
