Today is Rosalie's and my birthday!!! I'm not sure if I told you, but yes, we share a
birthday, I am exactly 1 year older than her... Now, she's the same age as Laura (14) and I'm the
same age as Selena (15). Selena's birthday was 3 months ago and Laura's was a month
and a half ago so our birthdays are fairly close together. My mom said to celebrate our birthdays
we can get a day off of being mothers and just enjoy being teenagers. So, we decided to have a
night of it! First we would go to Gerome's barbecue for supper, then we would go to the mall and
just hang out for a while, then to end the night we would go to the movie theater and see "The
Dragon's Lair 2". It was going to be so fun!! So we got ready and soon we were off! When we got
to Gerome's barbecue we went inside and sat down at a booth. A waiter came up and took our
order. But, when he saw Rosalie and I, he glared at us, as if we were dirty gum he found on the
bottom of his shoe. We could feel the judgment flowing off him, he was literally radiating
judgment. (Rosalie and I are definitely showing. Even though we aren't too far into our
pregnancies, people can totally tell.) Then, he proceeded to take Selena and Laura's orders,
but completely ignored Rosalie and I. Finally Selena confronted him about it and he spit
out with hatred in his eyes "We don't serve worthless dirty girls here". Rosalie promptly burst
into tears, so I reached over and gave her a hug. Laura and Selena looked completely shocked
they just sat with their eyes wide and their mouths hanging open. We all stayed like that for
about 5 minutes him glaring at Rosalie and I, her clinging to me sobbing, and Laura and
Selena astonished that he would act that way.
