(Don't smoke!!!! It is not good for you and has horrible long-term effects, don't do it!)

Amayaa scowled at Chrollo's remark,

"I have..." She said, trying to refrain from letting irritation fill her voice,

Chrollo's gaze flickered from the screen to her neck, he brought a hand and pulled back her hair to look at the bruise that no longer riddled her.

He raised an eyebrow and traced his thumb over the snake that slowly slithered in place, its diamond patterns flickering like a candle in the wind.

A small smile pulled at the edges of his lips as he watched it crawl,

He buried his face in the crook of her neck, placing small pecks on her neck and collarbones.

She shifted in his lap and pulled out a pack of cigarettes from her hood pocket, flipping open the soft paper tab and picking out a cigarette, and rolling it in between her fingers before reaching for her lighter and lighting the cigarette that sat on the edge of her pale lips,

It erupted into short embers and let out tiny ribbons of smoke,

Amayaa pursed her lips around the stick, and inhaled its motivation, and then letting her stress diffuse out with the smoke that lingered for a moment in the air and then dissolved into itself,

Warm brush strokes of skin against skin flicked at her neck, and Chrollo's inky black hair bled into hers.

His arms cinched around her waist, reassuring her of his placement.

"It'll be alright Mayaa, everything will be fine," He whispered into her neck, his warm breath sending waves of pleasure over inches of her surrounding skin.

Amayaa twiddled with the cigarette once more before bringing it back to her lips and letting out short puffs of white smoke.

He untucked his head from the crook of her neck and watched her steady movements,

"Why do you do it? It's bad for you..." Chrollo said, his breath flickering over the shell of her ear.

"Have you never tried it? You'll know once you try it," She said, turned around to face him, her silky voice glazed over his tenseness and soothed his uptightness,

Amayaa brought the stick from her lips and rolled it in between her fingertips,

Chrollo looked down at it and looked back up at her lips, his eyes were half-lidded and heavy.

He took it from her hands and brought it to his lips, its embers flared for a moment and then released, he furrowed his brows and looked back to Amayaa and studied her small smile.

"Awww, you're a pro now. I'm so proud, " She teased, taking it back and rocking it in between her teeth, Amayaa hooked her leg around his waist and turned, now straddling his lap.

Chrollo sat back on his elbows and looked up at her sadistic expression,

He watched as the embers slowly shortened, she suddenly took it from her lips and locked eye contact with him, her sage green eyes burned into his sodden gray ones, she brought her hand up to his chest and rested one of her palms,

She smiled down at him before putting out her cigarette on his collarbone, his eyes remained steady and focused as she twisted the darkening embers on his skin, she pulled the dead but off and put it on the bedside table,

Amayaa's eyes returned with the sadistic impression, her small smile remained as she brought a hand to brush off the char.

She looked at the small burn on his collarbone and ran a thumb over it gently, Amayaa suddenly returned her hands behind her back and watched as he remained in locked eye contact with her.

Amayaa slowly dragged her hands up to his thighs and traced over his toned chest, she felt him through the soft fabric that prevented her from consuming him right then and there,

Chrollo watched with patient eyes as she slowly tried to unravel him, then a sharp notification cut through the sound and almost startled her,

Amayaa rolled her eyes and reached for her phone, the white light caused her squint as she tried to read the text message,

"Attention all passengers, We will no longer be arriving at the designated port, we have spotted a thunderstorm and for the safety of our passengers we will be touching down at the St. Mary airport, We are very sorry for the inconvenience,

-Quzeare Airlines, "

A slight frown formed and she flipped the screen around to show it to the dark-haired male underneath her.

"What a shame," He said, pushing back a few strands of inky hair.

"We'll land in an hour, I suggest you get ready," Amayaa said, unhooking her legs and jumping off of his waist.

She quietly walked to the door and left, walking across the short hallway to reach her room, she twisted the familiar cold doorknob and grabbed her black duffle bag and belongings.

Chrollo sat on the edge of the bed and looked at the burly carpet, many thoughts ran through his mind as he slowly rocked back and forth. Hisoka's little slide show presentation was having a huge effect on him. If she really had lived through years of rigorous torture, does anyone know what she's fully capable of? Catastrophic damage at least, if Chrollo was put in a position to face her he would need very strategic planning of how the fight would go down, she was practically a ticking time bomb.

What are you thinking? You know her, you care for her for god's sake, five years all for nothing?

He pushed his hair back and looked at the door,

In the other room, Amayaa was shoveling through her pile of clothes in her duffle bag, the occasional clanks of gunmetal ricocheted off of each other built a rhythm in her head. She pulled out a pair of black high waisted cargo pants and a cropped beige sweater, she gingerly pulled them on and looked for her fur coat that was on the other side of the room, strung over a chair.

Once she found it she pulled it on and looked for all of her necessary 'accessories', Amayaa pulled her guns sheath onto her thighs and calves, she pulled on her black shiny combat boots and walked back once more to Chrollo's room.

A few strides into the hallway her cellphone started to ring and buzz violently, she pulled it out and pressed it against her ear without viewing the contact name, she regretted picking up when a familiar amused voice started to purr in her ear,

"Hello, darling," Hisoka chirped,

Amayaa let out an exhausted sigh,

"What, I'm busy at the moment," She said trying to reserve her patience,

"You better be careful, I hear a black-star hunter is coming after your trail, I wouldn't want my favorite Bunny getting hurt, now would I? If you need extra help I'm sure Illumi wouldn't mind chaperoning you and your little lapdog." Hisoka said with a calm and composed tone,

"I can take care of myself, and I would rather not speak to Illumi right now," She said, opening the door to Chrollos room and walking in, he was wrapping a bandage around his forehead and ruffling his hair.

Hisoka's tone dropped, and a short pause of silence made Amayaas heart start to race,

"I am serious. Don't fuck around, there are hundreds of people after you, take them seriously, this isn't a game." His new serious, assertive tone sent shivers down her spine.

She swallowed her doubt and put all of her efforts not to sound submissive,

"Alright." She choked out and hung up. She was not used to this side of Hisoka. It unnerved her and reminded her of someone she would rather not think about.

A black-star hunter?
