"You can enter SCP 166's containment chamber, now," said the lady on the intercom as the doors opened.

You peeked inside. You saw her lying on her bed reading. As you stepped inside, she closed her book and sat up.

"(Y/N)!" Meridiana happily greeted you.

"Hey, Meri," you chuckled a reply, walking to her.

She crawled over, leaving a place for you. You lied down on the bed, cuddling up to her. You had "requested" that your clothing be made purely of natural materials, so it wouldn't bother Meri.

"What's going on?" a different lady's voice questioned through the intercom, making you furrow your eyebrows--she seemed to be speaking to someone else, and had forgotten that the intercom was on.

"You haven't been around here often, have you?" the first woman questioned. "You obviously have to know about 166, yeah?"

"I wouldn't be here if I didn't," she sassed.

"What about SCP . . . ?"

"I don't know much. I do know that it's a Euclid-class."

"Yeah, but with the kind of temper she's got, you'd think she would be a Keter. SCP 166 seems to be the only one who can get her to calm down, which is why we let her visit often."

"Wait, she? Her?"

"Those were the pronouns that SCP . . . requested us to use when referring to her," the first woman replied. "That way she can be called 166's girlfriend."

"Wait, these things can date? How revolting," the second scoffed, making your eyes narrow.

"The [REDACTED] did you just say about my girlfriend? Come say it to my face!" you raved, sending the security camera a death glare.

"Wait, it can hear us--"

"Yeah, we can hear you, you [REDACTED]," you roared.

"I thought you turned that off!"

"I thought I did too! I pressed the button!"

"Not that button--" The intercom suddenly went silent, leaving you to fume with no vent to release through.

"It's okay, (Y/N)," Meri cooed, brushing her fingers through your hair. "Calm down."

"But--"

You grumbled, nuzzling against her shoulder. She continued to comfort you as you silently whined. Eventually, you calmed down.

A noise from outside made you look up. Meri didn't seem bothered by it, though. The noises continued, until the doors opened. You watched cautiously. Your eyes narrowed as a man walked inside.

You jumped up from the bed--startling Meri some--to guard her. "Who the hell are you, and why are you here?"

"I'm here to change the bedsheets," the man replied as the doors closed behind him.
