'Ughh...I'm sooo tired. I don't think I paid any attention to her while she was teaching.'

I place my head on the desk, covering my eyes with my arms. For a second, it feels like someone's eyes are watching me.

'Eh... I could look to see who is staring at me, but whatever. It's not important.'

And as soon as I felt them, they left my figure. I keep my head on my desk, hoping to get a few more minutes of rest.

'Whoever they are, I hope they found what they were looking for,'  I think before feeling myself drift off.

"Uenoyama, wanna go buy some bread?" I hear Shogo ask me, light shaking my shoulder, waking me up out of my short nap.

I slowly lift up my head.

"Nah. Too tired," I reply monotonously, letting my head rest on the top of my arms.

"Aw... Wanna play some basketball, then?" he asked hopefully.

I widely yawned, tears lightly forming in the corners of my eyes.

" I'm gonna take a nap," I quickly say, while standing up, getting out of my desk.

"Again?!" Shogo asks, sounding surprised as I walk away, heading towards the door. I groggily reach it and turn to go down the hall, closing my eyes.

'Me being tired really shouldn't surprise him, it's not the first time this has happened,' I lazily think, while walking, heading towards the gym, keeping my eyes slightly opened.

A few people pass me, heading in the opposite direction. I yawn again, covering my mouth with my hand. I keep my eyes closed.

As I continue to slowly march to the gym, a thought pops into my head.

'Who was that person I sit next to? I've never noticed them before and we've been right next to each other since the beginning of the year. I don't think I even caught their name.'

Eventually, I reach the gym. I walk through the doors and notice the people playing. I lazily wave but don't bother turning to face them.

My goal was clear; I wanted to take a nap in the stairwell that leads to the next floor. Barely anybody uses it during lunch, so it was the perfect place to take a nap. I've been using it for a while and I've never any problems.

I approach the door and grab the handle, pushing it open. I step through, closing my eyes again, knowing the place like the back of my hand. As I begin I start climbing the stairs, another yawn escapes my mouth.

'A few more steps and I will be able to lay down,' I think before proceeding to tread up the steps.

However, before I reach the top, I stop, looking up. What I saw surprised me.
