In the world of pokemon their are many creatures of all kinds that live with each other or their master. Dragon types are one of those who are fierce or protector for their families. Altaria is a dragon/flying type pokemon introduced in Hoenn. It is based off of the peng, and is almost shrouded in clouds, boosted even further with its Mega evolution in which it becomes Dragon/Fairy.
Classification: Dragon/Flying
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristic, flight, energy manipulation, sound manipulation, sleep manipulation and resistance to it, air manipulation, Healing(Can heal status aliments upon leaving battle, has Rooster and Self-Curer), enhanced senses, defense boosting, status effect inducement(In the forth of paralysis and sleep), forcefield creation, fire manipulation, negates weather effects and Rage Power.
Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level+(Should be capable of fighting other first stage pre-evolution)Mountain level+(Power scaling to other Mega evolution pokemon)| Large Mountain level(Stronger than Pure/Huge Power Pokemon and Marowak holding a thick Club, should be comparable to other mega evolution pokemon such as Mega Charizard)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+(Can dodge attacks from electric types such as Thunder)|Relativistic(Faster than Pokemon capable of using Seismic toss and comparable mega evolution pokemon)
