Eis is the seven shadow dragon, the sixth to be fought by Goku. Eis is the dragon of the three star dragon ball and is the twin brother of Nuova shenron. His elemental power is that of ice.
Classification: Shadow dragon
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical characteristic, acrobatics, ice manipulation, immortality(type 1 and type 2), Ki manipulation(Can be used defensively and offensively to strengthen his skin or fire ki blasts which can horn in on targets, and form defensive barriers), shockwave generator, can possibly create dimensional rifts and destroy space time and pocket dimensions with his energy via powerscaling, resistance to extreme cold and cosmic radiation.
Attack potency: At least Multi-Galaxy level(While considerably weaker than Goku, he was still strong enough to managed something against him)
Speed: Massively FTL+(Far superior to Base Goku, who traveled the afterlife at 4.38 quadrillion times FTL during the Other world torment)
Lifting Strength: At least Class G
Striking Strength: At least Multi-Galactic
Durability: At least Multi-Galaxy level
Stamina: Very high
Range: Standard melee range, at least Intergalactic with ki blasts and attacks

Intelligence; Talented martial artist
Weakness: Eis is rather cowardly despite his great power, as he was hesitant to fight Goku without Nova.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Ice Blasts: An attack that freezes someone in ice, but is apparently weaker than Ice ray.
Kiai: Eis shoots with both hands together with a kind of Kiai of cold air. He uses this technique at close range against Goku.
Ice Ray: Eis shoots a thin ray from his eyes that freezes anything it hits.
Super Ice ray; A more powerful version of ice ray, fires more like an energy blast from both his hands.
Whirlgig: Eis shenron grabs the opponent and swings them around. Used on Pan in Dragon ball GT.
