The snow was merciless, assaulting every part and killing every greenery. Flowers didn't bloom anymore and the gardens were exact representation of the world; black and white.

Even once red, the bench now gave a look of dying hues shrouded in the cruel snow.  A lone tear dropped from Amaya eyes and incorporated into the snow.

She hated this world. She hated this look of city. It was so void of kindness and love. The cold wind slapped her forehead reminding her that she wouldn't be awarded with warm embrace and loving words. This harsh world was now her fate.

Pulling out the paper from her coat, she unfurled the picture filled with the colours of love and warmth of care. Smiling faces wrecking havoc in her heart.

Trembling fingers caressed the faces once filled with the beauty of life. The picture was such a lie though. The darkness had always hung over the heads and the members knew it too. The exactly same darkness that extinguished every breath.

"Azaad," Amaya breathed and shook her head. "What a joke." She chuckled bitterly.

"No one is Azaad here. No one. This nature won't allow anyone freedom. It controls everything. Natural and unnatural alike." Amaya said looking at the whiteness of garden once filled with butterflies.

"But no nature can stop me from reaching that monster." Amaya gritted looking down at the painted sketch of Azaad family. "Abhay Raichand has to die, just like you all did."

"He has to." Amaya looked away, suppressing a sob, tears kept on falling down her eyes.

Everything. He snatched her everything. Her world and her family. Her happiness and her love. Her world and her identity. After destroying her life, he couldn't live without worries. His happiness were painted with the blood and such happiness couldn't last long.

His won't, either.

Feeling a presence, Amaya turned on instinct, folding the painting to hide from gawking eyes. Ethan was standing behind her, trying to sneak a glance at the painting. His lips turned down on failure.

This man, again. What was his problem?

Standing up immediately Amaya fixed him with furious stare.

"Season is of snow, rain doesn't suite it." Ethan said giving out handkerchief.

Handkerchief? Amaya was confused until Ethan pointed to her face. Her hands touched cheeks, they were wet.

Shit. Dropping her head, she let her hair hide her face and carefully wiped the tears. Even of if he had seen it, she couldn't give him liberty to see a second more. Where was her damn mind?

Standing in his presence was disaster. she turned on her heels.

"Hey listen," Ethan called.

She could hear his hurried footsteps from behind but kept on walking with purpose. He was too irritating, she couldn't waste her time on him. She had thought he wouldn't follow her after knife stunt. But this man seemed too stubborn.

Her mind shifting to her purpose. Abhay was being elusive but she couldn't give up. He must be found.

"Ms Singhaniya, stop,"

Where could be he? Amaya wondered staring at the painting, before hiding it in her pocket.

She even couldn't get anything about the weird man, she bumped into weeks before. This place had actually turned into forest, hiding everyone she was trying to find.

"Amaya, am talking to you." Ethan was just beside her this time.

As his words sank in her mind, she stopped abruptly. Her head turned to his smug face and she tried to understand if she heard him right.
