Seattle Day 1

"When does it get quiet?
Time was supposed to extinguish the desire

"Holy shit Logan? You can sing?" Dina was surprised.
"Yeah. It was my dad's favorite."
"That was amazing!"
I chuckled.
"Thanks, Dina."
"Yeah, he's pretty good at singing, and playing guitar. But i'm better." Ellie laughed.
"Yeaaahh right." I said playfully
"You know i'm better"
"You can't play half the chords I can."
She smacked my arm.
"Your hands are bigger."
"Sucks to suck."

We saw cars, stopping our conversation.

"Guys, cars." Dina pointed to the cars.
"Yeah, we're close." My voice getting more serious.

After a minute or so, we were on a highway.

"Guess you do know where you're going." Dina sounded a little surprised.
"Yeah."

We saw these, reinforced trailers. I got off the horse.
"Stay with Shimmer." Ellie and Dina stayed on the horse.
"Logan?" Ellie called for me.
"Just, stay there." Ellie was worried for me, but I was just, jealous, hurt. I couldn't be around her alone.

ELLIE'S POV

"Jesus christ." I said under my breath but Dina heard me.
"What is it?"
"Huh? nothing."
I didn't want to tell Dina about Logan and I, but i feel like I should.
"Actually... Logan and I used to, be together, kind of. It was complicated."
"Complicated how?"
"Well, we kissed and stuff, but we never called ourselves a thing."
"You love him?"
"I like you."
"But do you love him?"
"Its complicated."
"Ellie. Do you love Logan?"
"I-"
Logan was walking back so we stopped talking.

LOGAN'S POV

"Found an old tourist map." I said as I got back on the horse.
"That's something" Dina said as we kept going.

There was a huge wall, spray painted with WLF on it.

"Well, they aren't being subtle." I said as I look up at the wall.
"No they are not. Watch the high spots." Ellie whispered to us.

I got off of Shimmer, looking around to see how to open the door.

"You guys keep looking down here, I'm gonna try to get on top of the wall." I climbed on ledges and a ladder.

"On top of the wall? Logan-"
I heard Ellie and Dina start protesting.
"I'll be fine."

I jumped onto this huge pole that had a round platform, but it made a loud noise and shifted down a little.

"Logan?!" Ellie called out.
"Yeah, I'm okay." I shouted down to her.
I took a deep breath.
"Just almost fucking died." I said under my breath.

I was able to climb on top of the wall, getting to the railing on the other side.

--Time Skip--

I was able to get the gate open, finding a piece of paper that had a bunch of gate codes.
As Ellie, Dina and Shimmer walked in, the gate dropped down, making a loud crash noise.

"Let's get out of here, it was a loud crash." I ran towards Shimmer and got on.

The Seattle QZ was massive. Big buildings and craters in the ground is all you saw.
Dina and Ellie had conversation here and there but I was never really a part of them. I just kept to myself mostly.

We found a music store.

Ellie went to one of the rooms, and found a guitar. She started playing the song I played for her, but for Dina. I heard her start to sing, and I walked out of the music store.
