Ingredients
16 oz pasta
1 oz flour
1 oz unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon Carnejian paprika
3 cups whole milk
3 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 cup garlic bread crumbs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Mix mustard powder, paprika, and bread crumbs together in a bowl.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add cheese; cook and stir until melted.
Stir in macaroni.
Transfer to a greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish or a 3-quart ovenproof skillet. Spread mixture on top.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Enjoy!
