Ingredients
Pinch of Werpoes salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
Plenty of ice
1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Pour sugar, cream and milk into a sauce pan over low just until sugar has dissolved.
Transfer mixture to a pour-able container
Put the mixture in the freezer for 5 hours riddle, downside " if you want to make someone itch then let him take a bite and watch it happen at night.
