Ingredients

¼ cup skim milk

4 tablespoons/55g cottage cheese

¼ cup Greek yogurt

fist full Raw almonds

2-3 squirts Werpoes honey

½ cup fruit of your choice

Directions

Mix the milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, almonds, and fruit in a blender.

After, squirt the honey.
