The weekend flew by within the blink of an eye. Ariana and I mainly hung around the house on Saturday, then on Sunday, kat came over and met Ariana. I could tell that Ariana genuinely liked kat and vise versa.

I'm currently sitting in my office, just getting out of a meeting, responding to emails, and getting ready to go to another meeting

As I'm waiting for my next meeting to roll around, my cell phone rings

"Hello?" I answer without checking the caller ID

"Hi bean" I heard the soft voice

"Hi, my love, what are you doing?" I asked

"I'm just at home with the dogs and piggy" she replied

"Which house" I said

"Yours, of course" she said

I laughed

"When are you coming home?" She asked

"Not for another few hours, baby, but I'll be home soon and when I get home we can watch a movie or something" I said

"Ou yay" she replied

"No studio today?" I asked

"No, Tommy was busy and so is vic" she said

"That sucks, I'm sorry" I said

"It's okay. I should think about building a studio in my house for times like this" she said

"That wouldn't be a bad idea. It could save you time" I said

"That's what I'm saying" she replied

I laughed back as I checked the time and took notice that it's ten minutes until noon

"Oh shit" I said

"What? Is everything okay?" She asked

"Yea, sorry. Baby, I have to get going, I have a meeting" I said

"Sounds boring, with who?" She asked

"Lauren" I said

"Jauregui?" She asked

"That's the one" I replied

"I haven't seen her in forever. Tell her I said "hi" please" Ariana said

"Will do" I said with a smile even though she couldn't see it

"Well, I'll let you go to your meeting. I love youuu" she sang

"I love you tooo" I sang back

With that, she made kissie sounds and hung up

I had a smile plastered on my face as I walked to the room the meeting will be in. I set up my laptop and a notepad in case as I wait for Lauren to come in

After my meeting finished, I walked back to my office with Lauren following behind me

"Don't feel overly stressed about the album, you'll get it done" I said to her as i unlocked my door

"Thanks, I'll try" she laughed

We walked into my office and she sat on the couch

"Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. Ariana says hi" I said

"Aweee, Ari, I miss her" she said with her hand in her heart

I smiled and I looked at her

"So you and her are a thing?" She asked
