1. This story does contain curse words and even a few slurs, I'm only writing slurs that were originally in the movie and will not be adding any to the book.
2. If I make any grammar/spelling mistakes feel free to (politely) inform me and I'll be sure to fix it asap. I apologize if my writing isn't fantastic as I'm not really doing this for anything professional, I'm just having fun.
3. This movie was set in the 1950s so I apologize if I add anything in the story that didn't exist in the 50s. If I do so, go ahead and let me know and I'll try to correct/fix it.
4. This is a Gordie X OC story, if you want to refer to Lia as yourself I don't really care. Some authors tend to get really angry when people comment "I'm" instead of "She" (basically referring to yourself instead of my OC), and I personally do the same thing sometimes unless it's requested not to. The moral of the story, if you want to imagine Lia as you or someone else or make her look different, by all means, go for it.
5. I may make a Chris Chambers X OC story after this one if I have time to write one. This is one of my favorite movies, therefore I don't mind rewriting a story from the film of another character.
