• This Story takes place 6 years after the events of Spider-Man 3, meaning many things have changed.

• Many big corporations have opened or had development such as..

• Horizon Labs has been founded by Max Modell 6 years ago.

• Roxxon was opened up over 3 years ago.

• Oscorp has been bought out and The Oscorp Tower has been around for a year.

• Peter has been working for Dr Connors at Horizon Labs since he graduated 6 years ago.

• He also has been promoted at The Daily Bugle to a Staff Job for his great work over 6 months ago.

• The Daily Bugle has hired a new investigative journalist by the name of Ben Urich.

• Aunt May works at the homeless shelter FEAST.

• Mary Jane still occasionally performs in plays as an actress in New York but also volunteers to help out at FEAST with Aunt May and Martin Li.

SIDE NOTE:

Because the trilogy usually has a certain song in the credits, I want Somewhere Only We Know to be this movies after credits song.

I definitely want Tobey's Peter in the exact smart attire in Pawn Sacrifice. In scenes that are appropriate.

Themes:

As each instalment in these movie have had certain themes, this fan made 4th instalment will also have its own themes.

Spider-Man 1 had Responsibility.

Spider-Man 2 had Choice and Sacrifice.

Spider-Man 3 had Revenge and Forgiveness.

Spider-Man 4 will have Loyalty and Time.

I want these to be it's themes as many things are changing after our 6 year time jump, the bugles growing into the digital age, Aunt May is starting to show her age etc. These things among others give Peter a chance to show the audience if his loyalty to his friends and loved ones will stand the test of time.
