6 years after the events of Spider-Man 3, Peter Parker's life has changed. Now that he has graduated, Peter is working for Dr Connors at the Horizon Labs. Him and MJ are now engaged and life seems to have moved on since the death of his best friend...

A tentacle grabs Spider-Man by the neck and takes him away. We see Doc Ock with his sunglasses and a smile on his face.

He looks at the Green Goblin's mask as Sand flies around. A giant sand fist comes out of no where a punches him away. He lands in the black symbiote as he transforms.
The black symbiote suit is being worn as Mysterio shows Peter the bad deeds he did as black suit Spider-Man such as hitting Mary Jane and blowing half of Harry's face off.

Peter rips of the symbiote. He is then grabbed by Venom and is punched as the symbiote falls from Eddie. It turns into the Venom monster as it attacks Peter. Spider-Man swings away and escapes.
He is on his own as he turns around and sees Harry as The New Goblin on his glider. A giant electronic billboard plays the news as the reporter speaks into the microphone.
"Heroes of the city New York, Spider-Man and The New Goblin!"
Harry lowers down on his glider.

He smacks his glider into him as Spider-Man is smashed through glass he didn't see.
He is now put in his Human Spider costume from the first movie. He is in the ring and beaten up by bonesaw. He sees Harry in the crowd, watching him.
Everyone disappears as Peter and Harry are in black room with green gas. Peter's screams, "Stop it!" As tears roll down his face.
"How do you know, about him!?"
Harry says, "Peter, we'll get out of this." Harry puts his arms out for a hug as Peter accepts. It turns into Mysterio hugging Peter as he sends a green blast sending Spider-Man flying.
We see Flint Marko sprinting towards his daughter. Penny is so happy to see him. Peter watches in the distance as Flint smashes into an invisible wall separating him from Penny.
Peter is in his clothes from Spider-Man 2 at his pizza delivery job as shards of glass land around him with Mysterio's reflection on.
He looks behind him as water from Spider-Man and The Lizards encounter flies into him. Peter is at his pizza delivery job.
"Joe's 29 minute guarantee is a promise man."
"Hello Parker, you're fired."
"Give me rent!"
"Your paper on fusion is still overdue."
"Being Brilliant isn't enough young man."
"You're not there for me."
"You don't deserve my help."
We see Peter ripping off the symbiote in between as Peter screams in the illusion.

He is in his Spider-Man outfit as the rhino runs towards him. He runs into Spider-Man.
He gets back only to be shocked by the shocker. Right before he's going to hit the wall Stilt-Man kicks him.
While he's in the air about to hit the ground, The Vulture grabs him and throws him up in the air.
The Vulture flies above and drops razor blade feathers on. When each razor blades hits him, that part of the body disappears.
Spider-Man is thrown into a black room with Harry Osborn's grave.
We see Harry's hand smash out of the soil and crawl out. We see the new goblin costume torn up with smashed lenses as flies on his broken glider towards him.
Peter is thrown in another black room. He screams and breaks out of the illusion to be punched by Mysterio.
