When you and Jin-Goo visited the mall one Saturday, you saw Namjoon holding hands with his ex-girlfriend as they walked into the cinema complex. You guys were coming out of a retail music store when he spotted you.
His eyes met yours, and he looked at you with a look of regret. A wave from them returned a wave from Jin-Goo. A big smile spreads across his girlfriend's face as she pulls him inside by the elbow. He still had his eyes on you, but he quickly turned his attention to his girlfriend.

It was shocking and excruciating to watch them so relaxed and happy together. Your tears prickled at the corner of your eyes as Jin-Goo looked at you apologetically and filled with regret.
"Vic I'm sorry that you had to see that. I think it's better this way. There's no way you can let him find out. It's dangerous." He hugged your shoulders.
While you wiped your tears, you glanced up at your precious cousin, who would do anything to keep you safe.
