We were in class and I was glaring at Daphne. I was siting next to Draco and Blaise while she sat with some of her Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw friends.

"Why are you staring at Daphne?" Draco whispers
"No reason" I say turning back to my paper
"Did she do something?" He asks
"No" I say getting annoyed
"Another vision?" He asks
"No" I say

"Can we talk after class?" He asks
"Why?" I say looking at him
"I just want to talk with you" he says
"What the common after diner?" I ask
"It can't wait tho" he says
"Fine" I roll my eyes

We walk out of the classroom and walk to the court yard and climb a tree.

"You wanted to talk" I ask
"Yes, I was wondering if maybe-"
"Riddle!" Someone shouts

I look away from Draco to see Cedric.

"What do you want?" I snap
"I wanted to ask you to the Yule ball" he smiles
"And why?" I cross my arms
"Cause we're dating?" He crosses his arms
"No we're not" I say
"Well we never-"
"I thought me slapping you was kinda a sign of breaking up?" I jump down
"Well will you go with me or?" He asks
"No" I say climbing the tree

"Could we at least be friends?" He asks

I take a moment and think.

"Fine" I roll my eyes

He smiles and walks away.

"Anyways before I got interrupted I wanted to ask you-"
"Y/n! Y/n!" Theo and Blaise run over to us
"OH MY GOD CAN I JUST ASK HER A QUESTION! ALL I WANTED TO ASK HER WAS TO THE BALL!" Draco shouts

The both freeze and look at another and jog away.

He huffs and turns to me.

"Would you want to go to the ball with me?" He asks as a smile grows on my face

"Yes!" I smile and hug him
"Thank god I was worried that you would say-"

Before he could finish I kiss his worm lips. I pull away smiling and blushing.

"I could get used to that"'he smirks
"Oh god Draco" I say jumping down
"What I could!" He says jumping down and grabbing my hand
"Oh don't worry I know you could" I say interwine our hands

(Diner two nights later)

I was sitting next to Theo and Blaise, while Danny Daphne were sitting on the other side of us.

"Where's Draco?" Blaise asks
"He's in detention for not paying attention in class" I say
"Let's be honest, does Mafloy ever pay attention in class" Theo asks laughing
"Well when you think about it I do" Draco says sitting down next to me

"What happened to you?" Theo asks
"Oh stupid Moody" he said fixing his hair
"Did he turn you into a-"

Before I could finish I get a biscuit stuffed in my face.
"Think before, you speak" he say glaring at me
"Is that a way to treat your date?" I take it out of my mouth
"Yes when she calls you a ferret" he rolls his eyes

"Wait!" Theo drops his fork
"No way!" Danny smirks
"Danny slap me right now" Blaise says
"You guys are going to the ball together!" They all say
"Yes?" We both say
"Ok like finally!" Danny says
"I mean it ONLY took 4 years" Blaise says
