3rd POV
Morning finally broke as the dread in the Scarabia residents rose more and more by the minute. They've failed to capture the runaways and retrieve Kalim's Magic Carpet back as well. They're just hoping for the best at this point.
"I can't believe those guys went and holed up in Octavinelle..." One Scarabia resident mumbled to his friend next to him outside.
"They even went and stole Kalim's Magic Carpet... What if he finds out.... Uugh, what should we do?" His friend panicked a bit, feeling the pressure already getting to him.
"Let's go ask Jamil what he thinks first." The Scarabia resident stuttered out. But footsteps were soon heard.
"Good morning. And pardon our intrusion." It was the Octavinelle trio and the Ramshackle residents.
"Holy shit it's hot. It's like the middle of summer." Floyd commented as he looked up at the sky.
"!!!???" The Scarabia residents were startled by this.
"Do you really have to carry me all the way here? I have legs, y'know." Y/n sighed out. She was carried by Jade under his left arm while Grim was in his right hand. Hooty and Owlbert however were just flying close to them.
"It's those guys from Octavinelle that beat the crap outta us yesterday!" The Scarabia resident yelped out, pointing to the trio.
"What do you want with Scarabia!?" His friend stuttered out an ask.
"Aaah, I'm terribly sorry about last night." Azul said to the two. "It looked like you were picking on some poor, defenseless animals so, as kind as I am, I just had to cover for them... But after hearing about what transpired... I realized we had become accomplices in thier crime of stealing the magic carpet. And I thought to correct our mistake and capture these four thieves. Which is why we are here to return the magic carpet."
"Mmnnnh... You lying son of a...." Grim muttered out. The carpet next to them was just floating around and bouncing.
"Watch your mouth, Grim." Y/n said to the cat.
"Th-That's..." The Scarabia residents were speechless.
"Thank you for your cooperation...?" His friend said in a questioned tone.
"Hey, you guys. It's almost time for morning training. Kalim will lose it if you're la-" Jamil soon came into the picture to call the two Scarabia residents but was shocked to see the Octavinelle trio and also the Ramshackle residents with them. "!!!???"
"Oya, Jamil! Good morning and how are you this fine day?" Azul greeted Jamil with a smile.
"Azul Ashengrotto with the Leech brothers....! What exactly is going in?" Jamil asked with suspicion.
"It is extremely difficult for us to travel home during winter." Jade said to Jamil.
"So we stay at the dorm during the winter. Ah hah." Floyd added with his signature laugh.
"Come... Again?" Jamil was confused at this point.
"They can't get back to their home because a giant iceberg is in the way so they stay here during the winter break." Y/n briefly explained to Jamil.
"I see...." Jamil blinked a bit.
"By the way, where could I find Kalim at this time? I'd like to return his Magic Carpet you see..." Azul asked Jamil.
"Eh, ahh... Ahhhh. If it's a delivery then I'll take care of it." Jamil said to Azul.
"No, I couldn't. This Magic Carpet is like a national treasure." Azul said to Jamil. "If someone were to discover something wrong with it, and try to claim that it was Octavinelle's fault, I'd have no end to trouble so I would like to deliver it directly to Kalim myself and have him look it over."
