1981, September 6th, Sunday Morning.
"Why did you do this to us? To our family?"
"You did this to yourself."
"We could have been happy if you'd stayed."
"I was never happy in that house and you know that."
"But you would have been with me, we could have prospered together..."
"You changed."
A clawed hand reached out to caress the crying woman's face.
"I did it to protect you."
"You only succeeded in protecting yourself."
"I could help you, the both of you..."
Golden eyes flickered over to a bundle of blankets where a small form lay, staring between the two figures curiously.
"Do this for her...for Atlas. The Dark Lord would raise her as his right hand, I can assure you."
"And that's exactly why I won't...I'd rather die than give her to him."
"Why do you insist on hurting me?"
"You're hurting yourself."
"Raise your wand..."
"I'm not fighting you."
"Raise it."
"No."
"Raise your wand, Amaya!"
"I don't want to hurt you."
"You've already hurt me!"
"Put down your wand..."
"You left me!"
"I'm sorry..."
"How could you do that to me!?"
"You wouldn't leave them, I asked you to come with me."
"No! No! No! That's not right! That's not how it happened!"
"Yes, it is! I offered you my hand but you turned away!"
"No! No! No!"
The room shook.
"Please, just put your wand down Vi--"
Blood splattered up the walls.
