My teacher

Chapter 2- First day

Y/N's POV

I wandered around for a few minutes and heard the first bell ring and thought 'oh shit.I'm gonna get detention on my first day, if I don't make it by the second bell.'

After a minute more of searching I saw room 127 and the name Ms. Romanoff next to it and took a deep breath and walked in. Without looking up, I went to the first empty seat I saw and as soon as I sat down, I heard the second bell ring and let out a sigh of relief, but that didn't last long as I looked up and blushed hard and saw the gorgeous red head in front of me again and I thought 'shit. She's my teacher and I've already caught feelings.' She turned towards me and smiled and said "ah Ms. y/l/n, I see you're the new addition to my class." I smiled weakly feeling flustered again and nodded my head. I looked around to see that there were only 3 other students in here. I guess not many other people want to take AP Russian which I understand because it's a pretty hard class if you didn't know what you were doing, but thankfully I've been studying Russian for years. Ms. Romanoff introduced herself and explained a little bit about her class and she handed me a stack of papers and as she did, our hands brushed against each other and I could feel my face heating and turning red and I looked up to see her smirking again and she turned and walked away to assign today's homework to the rest of the class.

I started to look through the papers she gave me which had a syllabus, a warm up, a daily assignment and a take home quiz to see how much Russian I knew. I quickly skimmed through it and knew it was gonna be easy. I looked at the clock and then I heard Ms. Romanoff call my name and I looked up and she said "Y/N, I would like to see you after class today." I nodded my head and said "yes, ma'am." I think I saw a slight blush on her face, but I can't be sure.

I worked on the warm up and daily assignment as I waited for class to end and then I heard the bell ring and waited for everyone to leave and pass their work to Ms. Romanoff on their way out. I packed up my bag and walked up to the front to where Ms. Romanoff was waiting for me and asked "yes, ma'am, you asked to see me after class?" And she nodded her head and I think I saw a small blush creep up on her face again and quickly disappear and she said "yes, I wanted to talk to you about the quiz I gave. It's a 20 problem quiz which I don't expect you to get all the problems right. Most people don't, but I want to see where your knowledge in Russian begins and ends. If you have any questions, feel free to email me and I'll see you in class tomorrow." I nodded my head and handed her my work and walked out of her class to my next class.

~~Time jump~~
It's now mid day and it's time for lunch and I look around to see who I can sit with and I see the only open table with a really pretty girl with dark brown curly hair, a boy with brown hair who smiled and waved me over and a guy with black hair and I walked over and smiled at them and said "hey guys, can I sit with y'all?" And the girl immediately said no, but the guys both immediately said yes and the black haired boy quickly said "M.J, don't be rude to the new girl." And then smiled at me and said "Of course you can sit with us. I'm Ned, this is Peter, and that's M.J." I smiled at them and sat down and introduced myself and found out that my next two classes were with them.

We laughed and joked around for a while as we ate lunch and we heard the bell ring and got up to walk to class together. The day went by really quick and soon it was last period and I was ready to get home. As soon as the bell rang, I said bye to my new friends and got into the car and drove home.

As soon as I got home, I quickly showered and changed into some comfy clothes and sat down to do my homework and started with Russian. The quiz had 10 multiple choice questions , 5 sentences to translate from English to Russian and 5 sentences to translate from Russian to English as well. It was pretty easy for the most part although i struggled a bit on the translations, but I got it done and moved on to the rest of my homework, but it was pretty late by the time I finished, so I went to bed.
