Scratches

Bill was driving at an outrageous speed and I was getting ready for the car to slam into something at any second 

"Bill, slow down, please. Stop this. You're scaring me." I scream and he pulls over to the side of the road and I let out a breath of relief.  "I'm sorry. She promised she was just gonna look in the window. I know I made a mistake, but they're her family." I say and he shakes his head 

"She is a vampire. She has no family." Bill screams 

"I'm a monster and I'm gonna be alone forever because of you. I hate you so fucking much" Jessica screams from the back 

"Be quiet." he growls 

"Eat shit." she cries back 

"I said, be quiet!" he yells and then turns towards me  "You undermined my authority as her maker. You risked those peoples' safety and your own. If I had not glamoured them within an inch of their sanity, our lives would have been shattered. And I am expected to what? Forget this ever happened?" he hisses 

"What else would you like me to say?" I scream  "I knew when she asked me to take her I should say no, But all I could think about was gran And what I'd give to see her again." I cry and Bill shakes his head 

"That does not give you license to behave Like an irresponsible child." he cries and I felt my jaw clench as I glare at him before jumping out of the car  

"What are you doing?" he cries jumping out the car to follow me. 

"Walking!" I scream continuing my strut 

"Don't be ridiculous. Bon Temps is nearly 20 miles away." he says 

"I'd rather walk all night than spend another second in that car with you." I scream back and I hear his door shut behind me and realise Bill must have gotten out of the car. When I had been walking for a good five minutes I hear something in the distance 

Run

"Bill this ain't funny" I say into the darkness but as I turn around I see a shadow that looks nothing like a human or vamp 

"Shit" I cry before I start running but it's so much faster and by the time I let out a scream it's already knocked me out. 

"Megs, Megs" I hear Bills voice as he flips me over and I gain consciousness

"Bill?" I question and he lets out a gasp of worry 

"Who did this to you?" he asks and I shake my head 

"Bull-human?" I say and he rips his wrist open and hands it to me I take it but as soon as I've swallowed it, I begin to choke on it and I pass out again. When I gain consciousness again for the second time I see an old woman staring at me 

"What kind of doctor are you?" I ask 

"The healing kind." she says and I scream as she places her hand against my arm 

"I'm doctor ludwig, what's your..." she ask 

"Meg, Meghan" i reply in pain "Am I dying?" I ask 

"Yes." The doctor states 

"No. She cannot die.  You will save her." Bill screams seemingly getting aggressive with the doctor 

"Back off, vampire, let me do my job." the old woman states and then the beautiful blonde but incredibly annoying vampire comes into my view

"Forgive him. Bill is abnormally attached to this human." Eric states smirking 

"Well, we don't have a lot of choices, she's been poisoned. You ever heard of komodo dragons? Their mouths are teeming with bacteria. After one has bitten you, it will track you for hours, days, just waiting for the toxins to slowly eat away at your nervous system till you're good and helpless. Then it will devour you alive." the doctor explains and I laugh in pain 

"I was scratched by a dragon?" I cry 

"No, but this poison is similar but way more efficient. I think I've seen it before, but it's hard to tell without testing, and we don't have that kind of time. Give us some privacy. I need to remove her clothing."  she says and Bill kneels down beside me 

"I will be just outside. I am so sorry." he says but I don't even have the strength to respond because if I did it would not be pretty 

"She's running out of time, Mr. Compton." The doctor tuts and when they walk away from the room she takes something out and slams it against my back and I've never felt fucking pain like it before. I let out a scream that has all the glasses shattering again and I watch as she shoves something in my mouth to keep me quiet. Bill runs up to me
