Okay, This One

The group of human, Quincy, and Shinigami stand in Szayel's palace feeling only a little uncomfortable. Ichigo had the idea of getting new uniforms that didn't look so god awful, and literally everyone agreed at once. Szayel was the obvious person to go see, his flamboyance and style being unmatched amongst the Espada. Assistants of all shapes and sizes measure the group simultaneously, and Szayel is a giddy school boy by watching. It would seem no one asks him anything regarding fashion.

"Ichigo-sama," Szayel calls once the measurements are taken. "I hope you have an idea of what you want."

"A little."

The two Espada share ideas as the pink haired one sketches them down. By the end of it, Szayel shows it to the fracción, asking for an honest opinion. They all give their own preferences to their separate uniforms, and Tatsuki offers a design in the all-around-agreed chest plate each member will have.

"You want me to paint a black spot on the top of the chest plate?" Szayel tilts his head in curiosity as he scribbles it down.

"Yeah. To symbolize Ichigo's Hollow hole."

Ichigo places a hand over his... heart? "Tatsuki," he teases. "You're so sweet."

Her fist raises as a threat, hot metal coating her fist. "Careful I don't grind you into sugar, Kurosaki," she snaps.

"That's a great idea, Tatsuki," Rukia praises the teen girl for the armor while setting Ichigo with a hard look.

Ichigo snickers behind a hand. He turns to Szayel with an idea. "For Tatsuki's uniform, is there a way you can make it fire proof or something? Whenever she activates her power, her clothes melt."

The Espada pushes up his glasses. "Of course, Ichigo-sama. I will have to warn you that I'll need to run a few tests to be able to know the perfect design for Tatsuki-san."

"Yeah, that's fine. Right, Tats?" Ichigo teases some more. She glares at him, a "fine" grinding out through her teeth.

"Anything else?"

The ginger hums in thought. Keigo and Mizuiro don't have powers yet, but Ichigo tends to give them some once they leave for the recruiting mission. The uniforms will take time to be completed anyway. The rest of his fracción that do have powers need special adjustments to their uniforms as well.

"Yeah, actually. You're gonna want to write this down."

They take a garganta-like portal - that Shiro taught Ichigo last minute - to the barren fields of Hueco Mundo soon after their meet with Szayel. They're far enough away that Las Noches is on the horizon, meaning Hollows are more likely to be close by.

Rukia stands close to Ichigo. Ever since the awkward "no killing talk," things have been quiet between the two of them. For some reason, however, they still make sure they're close to one another. Ichigo wants to avenge Rukia's assault, but he knows he can't do that. She doesn't want him to. So he'll keep her close instead so she's never hurt again.

And god dammit, that includes sharing a bed if it means protecting her, Ichigo thinks to himself.

Ichigo told them of their crossed agenda before coming. Aizen needs new Espada - because Ichigo murdered about half of them - and Keigo and Mizuiro need Hollow influence. They should be able to do both. To Ichigo's handful of knowledge, Aizen needs a powerful Hollow to turn into an Arrancar. Ichigo can use a powerful Hollow, too, but if they aren't enough, he's going to purify them when he's done.

"Whoa!" Keigo exclaims. "We're in the middle of no where!"

"Keigo, Las Noches is right there," Mizuiro sweat drops.
