"I know the chicolate truck won't work anymore,but I'm sorry for kissing Jenny and now I know she is toxic as fuck."I smile as I pass her the chocolates.
"You could've gotten oreos."She scoffs.
"They're already in your room."I say.
"I can't stay mad for much longer."She laughs and so do I.
"So you worked things out with my brother?"She asks.
"We're trying to."I say and we go to her room.
"He didn't mean to break up with you."She says.
"I know."I sigh.
"Maxine I need your charger."Marcus yells while walking in the room.
"Hey."He says as soon as he sees me.
"Hi."I say back.
"I'll go get the charger,I left it downstairs."She says and winks at me before leaving.
"I see you two are on talking terms now."He sits beside me.
"Yeah."I say.
"Wanna go out tonight?"He asks after some silence.
"Umm,yeah sure."I smile.
"Perfect,it's a date.6 p.m."He says and Max enters and he takes the charger then leaves.
"I have a date."I tell Max and she gasps.
"Oh my god!We have to get you ready!"She exclaims.

Maxine was curling my hair while I was doing my make up.I was going for a simple look,some mascara,blush and lipgloss.
"So what are you gonna talk about?"Max asks.
"I don't know,but it will sure be a little awkward."We laugh.
"Do you even know where you are going?"Max asks .
"No,but I want him to keep it simple,after all it's our first date."I tell her .
"Cute."She pouts.
"Are we done?"I groan.
"Almost!"She exclaims.
"Done!"She finally says and I stand up from the chair.
I was wearing a white top and a blue skirt.Honestly,I was more nervous than I expected and for some reason this date was such an exciting moment for me.Hopefully it will all go great.
