For the people who skipped the last chapterm here's what happened in a more subtle tone so it doesn't trigger anything bad.
Karl woke up late, scrolled through his texts and went back to sleep. The next day, he woke up however no-one came to visit him, making him have a sad and giving him a panic attack without him knowing and causing him to fall asleep and his breathing rate to drop, dropping his vitals.
He had a bad dream that Sapnap and Quackity hated him and then woke up the doctor told him what happened to his vitals (They had dropped dangerously low to the point they almost lost him) and then Sapnap and Quackity hugged him and they all gave each other reassuring words.
