Relieved, Harry and his friends stood in front of Hagrid's hut. They were waiting for their first lesson with the man.
the reason the three of them were so happy at the moment was that they had found a way not to have to drag the rat along all the time. Hermione had spoken to her cat and got him to pretend to hunt the cattle. then Ron had "saved" him and yelled at his girlfriend. As a "safety" measure, Scabies was then left in the boys' dormitory. And so that really nobody could get to the animal, he was sitting in a cage. so the traitor could get used to breathing sifted air.
Then Harry could finally tell the two of his conversation with the three men. Hermione got the idea from Quirrell's books. maybe the man knew who had cursed him.

The green-eyed man glanced at the Slytherins. Draco was standing with his half-sister, Daphne. The boy had been with her and Astoria almost constantly since the Prophet's article. they probably talked about their relatives and their father.
Of course, the white-blonde had been telling everyone in the last few days that his mother was a nymphomaniac. Very few believed him, but surprisingly, the taunts subsided. Presumably everyone had realized that the boy wasn't really responsible for the situation. Narcissa shouldn’t show herself in public anytime soon.
When the door to Hagrid's house opened, Harry was torn out of his thoughts.

Blacky stormed out before the half-giant. and of course straight towards Harry.
"Hey, my boy. You seem to have missed me. "
Blacky jumped excitedly around the green-eyed man and his friends. Neville was also pleasantly sniffed.
"Wow, I thought the pictures in the Prophet were exaggerated." Muttered the startled boy.
“No, for once not. Don't worry, he won't hurt anyone. As long as he has no reason. "
neville really seemed to calm Harry's words.
The other students looked a bit skeptical at the big animal that stood next to the boy-who-lived and reached up to his shoulders.
“As I see you are all there. we're going to go to the forest today. But only at the beginning. You're still too young to go in. ”Hagrid winked at Harry, Ron, and Hermione. They were caught smiling.
"Well, come along then."
"Professor is this monster coming with you?" Pansy Parkinson wanted to know. That she screeched like a saw didn't make it any better.
“Blacky is not a monster. He's also Harry's confidante, so he's allowed to come with us. "
"Of course, everyone always makes exceptions for Potter," said Draco.
The snakes laughed and the lions glared at the blonde. Harry just rolled his eyes. That was really too childish for him.
"So come on into the forest.and with that the half-giant stomped off.

When they got to a clearing, Hagrid turned back to the class.
"Does each of you have your book with you?"
The students took the monster book out of their school bags. most of them had it girded or otherwise tied.
Only Harry and his friends held up their books as normal.
The green-eyed one stroked Beast and spoke softly to him.
“It's good that we became friends. take a look at the others. "
The book made a rustling sound like it was giggling.
Hagrid looked at his class in confusion.
"Why did you tie your books up?"
“Because they're snappy,” Zabini snapped.
"I have to agree with him, it tore my shoes to pieces," Dean said.
"Trevor jumped in the toilet in shock." Neville grumbled.
"But why? Look at Harry, Ron and Hermione, they have no problem with their books. immediately all eyes wandered to the golden trio.
"How did you do that?" Daphne wanted to know.
Harry smiled.
“I stroked it, he liked it. Try it with yours. "
The girl made big eyes. but Snape was right, it was straightforward. Despite warnings from her classmates, she untied the silk ribbon from her book and stroked it.
Satisfied, this cooed and opened.
Daphne squealed in surprise.
"That really works."
Hagrid grinned from behind his beard.
“Five points to Gryffindor for telling you the secret. And five points for Slytherin because Ms. Greengrass trusted his words. "
now everyone followed Daphne's example. For the next few minutes there were lots of happy books to be heard.
"Crazy," Neville muttered.
