Harry desperately left his relatives' house. He couldn't believe what had just happened. Ok, probably not Margie either, but she hadn't wanted it any other way.
behind him he heard his uncle's rage. he should come back immediately and undo that.
He would have done it if he knew how.
"With MorganaI thought as soon as you got your wand you couldn't release wild magic. Seems like I'm the exception again. The life is wonderful, is not it?"

He continued to scold and entertain Hedwig when he heard a whimper next to him.
"No, please not Ripper. I don't want to be chased into a tree right now."
however, when the boy concentrated, he still heard Uncle Verson's sister romping around the house.
"Well, this four-paw nightmare isn't. But no one else has a dog here."
he didn't care that Harry was talking to himself all the time.
he heard the whimper again. This time the claws clicked on the asphalt.
When the boy turned to the sound, he could see big yellow eyes.
"I hope that's not a sign of the size of whatever that is." that something came from the shadows under the lantern ..
Harry gasped for breath. Well, the animal wasn't as big as Fluffy and it ONLY had a head. but it was definitely big. in a way that Harry could say for sure that it came from the magical world.
the animal came closer, but instead of Harry running away, he drew his wand.
He spoke a Lumos and swung his staff through the air. It was always said that bright light would scare away wild animals.
But either this giant dog wasn't wild, or he hadn't read the same books as Harry.
the animal came slowly towards it, but it held its head slightly to one side. And the body wasn't stiff either. So no planned attack. good that Harry had so much experience with Margie's dogs, this knowledge had often saved him from one or two bites. Even if he sometimes had to wait for hours on a tree
When the dog arrived at Harry, he sat down well.
"Okay, you're definitely not wild. But you're not an Auror or anything. Hermione told me that the police don't use animals in the magical world. For some reason."
the dog listened carefully and cocked his head. Now Harry couldn't help it, he held out his hand to the black animal. Immediately put this under my hand so that it was now on his head.
"So you want to be petted. Do you have an owner?"
The dog shook his head.
"You definitely come from the magical world."

Suddenly there was a loud roar. The black animal growled and stood in front of the boy. harry, however, held up his wand, which was still emitting light.
"Nox."
"Did someone call the traveling knight here?"
Harry looked perplexed at the young man in front of him. Only now did he notice that there was a big bus in front of him.
"Please what?"
"Ah good evening. Did you call the traveling knight for the stranded witch and the magician? "
"I don't know, I only spoke a Lumos."
"This is exactly how we are called. Where are you going?"
Harry was more than confused but decided to accept the whole thing.
"I want to go to the dripping cauldron."
"Well then get in. Um, is that your dog? "
Harry looked around in confusion. the black dog stood behind him, his ears drooping. He had also started to whine again. That was it about Harry.
"Yes, it's mine. But he's driving with you for the first time. Maybe that's why he's a little nervous. "
"Well, I just hope that he doesn't throw us up on the cushions. Merlin is huge, looks like a grim. "
Harry decided not to say anything about it, even if he was really interested in what a grim was.

He paid for himself and the dog and sat down.
"Say little boy, what's your name?"
Harry had already expected the question.
"My name is Neville. I visited a friend but his relatives were afraid of Blacky."
he pointed to the dog. blacky, as he was now called, stared at the boy as if he had just grown a second head. Then he was content to put his snout on the boy's leg.
"Then it was definitely Muggle. although there are surely enough magicians who should respect such cattle. But tell me why is he so disheveled? Doesn't look healthy. "
Only now did Harry take a closer look at his furry companion.
it was true, the dog looked anything but good. Probably his previous owners had simply let him down.
"I've only recently. He ran to me and I didn't want to leave him to his fate."
"You should bathe him."
"I know, but it's not easy to put a scared animal in the bath."
"You're probably right. You don't want to miss out on a monster like that."
Harry nodded and continued to stroke the tousled fur.
The rest of the trip was without entertainment, for which Harry was more than grateful. He hated lying
