That Brat!
I risked my life and gave birth to a monster so that when I return I'll immediately rise into society, but that brat had to ruin it.
Why did she have to care about that blonde girl who appeared out of nowhere?
She had it. She may not have Claude's attention but she ruined it more.
And the fact that that child looks similar to me is giving that damn Emperor a reason to ignore her.
I hated that blonde girl. Having a name that means "immortality" and is possibly the next ruler of Obelia, ticked me off. The child I gave birth to didn't even have Anastacius blonde hair. Well can't blame that on him besides that girl is only black magic.
"What are you doing?"
I looked at my right and saw Anastacius' jewelled eyes glaring at me.
"I am just getting rid of any obstacles!"
"Shut up. You will not do anything, don't ruin anything!"
That's the last he said before disappearing. I rolled my eyes at him and was about to leave when a guard of the prestigious Emerald Palace announced that the Emperor is here.
And there he is, together with a black-haired and red-eyed boy walked in with him.
I can clearly see that the boy is staring at me, it's a good thing that I am wearing the hood up. I can't leave now, I'm sure that boy will definitely follow me.
Claude and the maid walked away but the boy stayed which made me more impatient.
"How did you get in here?"
This boy had the audacity to ask me and be all this snappy.
"That's none of your business!" I hissed at him.
I was about to teleport away when I felt something in my ankle. I looked down and saw a rope circling my ankle.
I looked up and saw a smug look on the boy.
"Enjoy travelling!"
He said before turning away and walking towards where Claude and the maid went.
That little! It doesn't take a genius to figure out what the rope is. An invisible rope that if the magician who put it on you activated it, the rope will lead them to where you have been and where you currently are.
"Penelope!"
I looked behind and saw Anastacius glaring eyes once again.
"Come on! Before you get caught!"
He angrily said.
Oh, you have no idea! I breathed out and followed him. Oh, well. It's not going to be my fault if that boy followed me, it's going to be Anastacius' fault for being too mean and doesn't hear my reasons.
I calmed down a bit before teleporting away, not noticing that the boy got back and there was a smirk on his face.
"So you're Penelope, huh? I guess I just need to find out who's the other person..."
Lucas mumbled.
'This is going to be fun!'
