Sa nangyari sa akin sobrang daming aral sa buhay ko na siyang nagagamit ko ngayon.

“ Jusko, Puro trabaho magkaka-asawa ka ba diyan?” singhal niya. Lihim akong ngumiti sa sinabi niya.
Nag-angat ako ng ulo ng bumukas ang pinto. Nagulat ako.

“ Pupunta ako” mataman kong sagot sa kabilang linya bago tumingin sa taong nasa harap ko.
Imbes na siya ang tignan ay ang babaeng kasama niya ang binati ko.
“ Mara.” I called the girl. She smiled directly at me.
“ Attorney” masuyong saad niya at ngumiti.
“ Nandiyan ba si Tita?” she asked me. I'm still standing inside of the elevator.
For sure they're going to Mrs. Montilla's office.
“ Office. Una na ako.” saad ko at lumabas na sa lugar na iyon.
Ramdam ko ang bigat at lamig ng malampasan ko siya.
Bawat hakbang ko papalabas ng lugar na iyon ay siyang pagtakbo papalapit sa akin ng katotohanan.
Naayos ko halos lahat sa past ko pero hindi ko naayos ang sa amin.
Hindi ako nagbigay ng tamang paalam. Tamang salita yung hindi magulo ang nararamdaman ko.
Seing him again made me frozed. He changed. He didn't bother on my presence now.
What about fighting for him? May dahilan ba para ilaban ko siya ngayong maayos naman na siya?
