His words stuck on my mind. I don't know what should i do! Even to react!

I was speechless after hearing his words. Obviously tongue-tied me.

“ Cassidy!” pagtawag ni Kayerix sa akin. I was blankly stared on the walls for over 10 minutes after  hearing those words.

I lazily turned my head on her. “ Yes?” I asked her puzzedly.

“ Travis told you about the case. Spill it out.” saad niya. Napatanga naman akong tumingin sakanya.

He did? Wala man lang ako kamuwang muwang sa sinabi niya.

Kunot noong tinignan ko si Travis. Seryosong umiling ito, and his lips form in a straight line.

“ Ah really? My mind get blown. Sorry for being unprofessional here.” saad ko at hiyang nag-iwas ng tingin.

“ Yan! Ang galing mong pumunta rito! Ang aga pa ah! Wala kang kain niyan?” anang ni Kayerix. Pinandilatan ko siya ng mata.

How could i eat if i thinking he's not done yet? Thinking of his damn situation here!

“ I'll ordered you food. Cassidy.” sabat ni Redrick kaya natuon ang mata ko sakanya. He gave me his usually smile that i am the only one get the meaning.

Nahiya naman ako sa sinabi niya. Why do i think they treated me  something foreign

“ Uh. Thank you for your consideration and concern. I can buy my own  food after this.  Chief. Gomez ” I said emphasizing his position here.

He's acting strange till then. They must be professional when we're on our works world.

“ I think,  Atty. Alcantara and Mrs. Galvez should go now.  Chief. Gomez ” Travis said while his eyes are lock on that guy.

Kayerix protest as what i expected.

“ What? Kakarating ko lang pinapaalis niyo na ako? Unfair.” ani nito at tinaliman ang tingin kay Travis.

“ Okay then. You stay here. Atty. Alcantara will go. Thank you. Miss Cassidy i'll lead the way.” ani Redrick.

Tumango naman ako at sumunod. Nagsalita si Travis habang abala ako sa pag-aayos ng gamit ko.

“ She can walk and get home safely without your presence Chief.” Travis hissed. My eyes widened. The tone of his voice are disrespectful!

“ Don't talk back Travis.” seryoso kong saad.

“ What's with you? You're paranoid Callahan.” anang ng kausap.

Tumaas ang kilay ko habang pinapanood ang dalawang naglalaban ng matatalim na tinginan.

“ No. I should be the to tell that thing,  Paranoid Chief. What's with her? She have an clear eyesight, two legs that she can use going out on your station.” anang ni Travis.

Nangunot ang noo ko sa sinabi niya. It's true, tho he said that in brutality way.

“ The two of you are paranoid. I can go out without the two of you getting in a fight. Balloon headed men.” anang ko at akmang lalabas ng mabundol ng babaeng sobra ang filter sa mukha.

I'm not judgmental for someone's but she start this tho. She looks at me like a mess. Why? I know that stare because she's the mess.

Ano ako clone niya?

“ O my good, my hot babe get in here. I can get you out. I can be your lawyer.” anang ng babae na alam kong siya rin yung sa condo ni Travis.

Gulat na tumingin si Kayerix sa akin at nagtatanong ang mata.

“ I thought you were Travis lawyer?” the expected question from her.

I took a sighs before i shook my head.

“ I do not say such thing.” tugon ko na lamang at nasa pintuan na ng silid ng humalakhak ng histerya ang babaeng babe ni Travis.

“ Aw. I felt pity for you. What's cheating ideas did you use while you're taking bar exams? Seriously you must be in critical thinking. You such a--”. I cut her damn words.

Cheating huh? I don't know yet how to settle through this nicely.

“ Pity yourself, i could be so proud to you? I don't know about that cheating. You know about that for sure? did you?So what did you use? Should i take that advice for incase fighting on you someday?” i said while smiling at her nicely.

She glared at me while her lips was moving and whispering something.

Umalis na ako sa lugar na iyon. I don't want to saw more hilarious scenes. When im about to move in  my car someone's pull me out.

I was shocked seeing him here.

“ I thought you were inside while the case are going on?” tanong ko at siningkitan siya ng mata.

“ Let's talk” he said didn't bother about  my damn question for him.
