"Here you go." Jaehyuk handed Asahi neatly folded with clothes. Asahi looked down at the clothes with a bitter scowl. Jaehyuk rested a hand on his hip and sighed. Everyone was getting ready to go. Not that he wanted to go quickly , it was the exact opposite actually. His mom would probably scold him if he wasn't in the car in 5 minutes.
"What the fuck is this." Asahi muttered. Jaehyuk stifled a quiet chuckle. He didn't know he would have to drag Asahi into this when he brought him to the house. But he realised it would be worth it, learning new things about him.
"Tennis clothes." He answered with a nod. Asahi inspected the clothes just thinking about how stupid he would look in them. He was positive Jaehyuk would look good in clothes like these. But him, not so much. Kind of made him feel insecure. What if Jaehyuk thought he looked dumb. Sooyoung would probably look better than him in these clothes. He bit the inside of his cheek and lazily blinked.
"you're wearing this too?" Asahi asked, looking up at Jaehyuk with a brow raised.
Jaehyuk nodded making Asahi look back down. The cotton felt uncomfortable in his hands. Tennis wasn't really his favourite and he didn't want to go to a country club with these clothes. But he didn't want to be disrespectful to Jaehyuk or his family. So he had to suck it up and go.
"I have to." he added and paced around the room, looking down at his footsteps. He felt guilty, Asahi looked uncomfortable. " Apparently the members of the country club will get deeply offended or something."
"Let me just ....get changed." Asahi muttered awkwardly and walked to the closet.
Jaehyuk sat down on Asahi's bed, realising he never slept in it. Thankfully , now jaehyuk's pillow smelt like him. He looked down at his own folded clothes, figuring hw should've gotten changed. Jaehyuk got up from Asahi's bed and walked to his room.
Their stay at the country club shouldn't take a long time. But it would defiantly feel like it was a long time. He would always be dragged to play tennis and get humiliated if he did it wrong which was most of the time. And he didn't want Asahi to see that. Most importantly , he didn't want Asahi to get humiliated.
