Dragoness' Heat

One-Shot Special Non-Cannon (Nature) Part 2

As Nature and her companions went to seek out and greet the other dragons that are within the lake and then towards the city, a particular black, muscular dragon in the name of Deo looked at her with mischievous intent as she walked. Her body sways along the wind as, her pristine green scales reflect the sunlight around her making her shine almost the same as the highest of quality of emerald found in the world.

Deo found himself wanting, no, needing to get his paws on Nature. The moment he saw her, his instincts decided that she will be his, no matter what. Call him greedy, but that is how he is always been ever since he was little. He is truly selfish and a hoarder. He always gets everything what he wanted ever since before the cleansing of the dragon, and now, he desires that particular dragoness.

One problem that blocks his way towards her is that annoying, self conscious white dragon in the name of Skyler. Ever since he came to this town, Skyler has been keeping an eye on every dragon for their 'safety' because most humans are still wary about most dragons and that they are still not very accepted towards most societies and cultured people around the world.

Bleh, why would they needed to be accepted towards humanity? They are just little weaklings that could die easily in the claws of a dragon!

As Deo shook his head, annoyed that he is thinking about Skyler, one thing strikes him for certain...

"She will be mine." Deo said it quietly to himself as he started to walk towards the direction of Nature and her company.

"Sunny!" Nature said with glee as she rushed over towards her dragoness friend Sunny.

Sunny the fire dragoness who was tending with the food situation near the lake, heard her name being called out by a familiar voice and turned to see Nature sprinting towards her.

She dropped the meat that she was finished cooking towards the sand below, but it was saved thanks to a couple of young dragons that were waiting impatiently for her great cooking. Her eyes widened as a smile started to form from her face as she saw her best friend running towards her.

With a squee, Sunny ran towards Nature and both of them tackled each other to the sands below them as they laugh to their hearts content.

"Nature!"

"Sunny!"

"Hugs!"

Sunny and Nature straighten themselves in a sitting position and the hugged each other, their wings draped each other's body as they giggle like a couple of school girls.

"Oh my goodness! It's been so long! Look at you! My! You look so stunning Nature!" Sunny pried herself away from Nature as she began to circle around Nature, examining her exquisite form.

Nature just laughed as she playfully punched Sunny in the shoulder as both of them finally calmed down and waited fir the other two of her company to arrive.

Sunny. Nature always saw her as some kind of obstacle for Skyler's heart. At least, that is what she thought. But it turns out, in the last couple of years when she was competing with some of the other dragonesses, Sunny is the only dragoness that actually managed to make every of her dragoness competitors feel happy and comfortable. It could be her bubbly personality that made the jolly atmosphere between her competition, but Nature thinks that its because of her innocence and the fact that she is happy about seeing more dragons still living on this cruel world is what made Sunny very approachable.

"Hmmm. Something smells good." Skyler approached from behind as Sunny turned to look at him and smiled.

"Which one? Me or the cooking?" Sunny said in a teasing way.

Nature's eyes was wide with shock as she heard what Sunny said. She quickly turned around and let out a breath of relief as she saw Skyler looking annoyed at Sunny's remark.

"Obviously the food. And for the last time, I don't find you attractive Sunny. You're just not my type." Skyler thought. 'Or anydragon for that matter.'

Sunny just gave Skyler a wink as she then turned her attention to Sunny.

"So!" Sunny flipped a giant steak in the air and landed in the giant grill with a thud. "What do you think of the dragons around here Nature? Find someone... appealing perhaps? *suggestive eyebrow wiggle*"

Nature was about to say something when she was rudely interrupted by Skyler who moved right beside her and draped a wing over her back. This reaction was met with surprised faces with both dragonesses as Skyler said something that shocked both of them.

"I don't think any of these dragons are worth her time." Skyler said sarcastically. "Especially that Deo dude...."  It was then that Skyler finally noticed what he said and done. He backed off quite a bit and retracted his wings back, much to Nature's disappointment.

Sunny though just looked back and forth between Nature and Skyler as she felt a little squee rising from her throat. 'Was Skyler being protective and possessive over Nature there?! Ayiieeeee!'

"*cough* Anyway, I should be going now. My sister said that there should be a new batch of dragons that are coming to visit the Villa this week. Got to go do some paperwork and whatnot." Skyler bowed and left the two dragonesses to themselves.

As Skyler left Nature with Sunny, he made sure that no other male dragons dare approach them, specifically Nature. Why? He have no idea.

"Why am I acting like this?..." Skyler thought as his thoughts keep drifting away towards Nature ever since he left her side. "It's not like that I like her or anything...." Skyler closed his eyes and shook his head while glancing back towards Nature and Sunny.

Nature noticed Skyler looking back at him and she gave him a smile and wave of her paw.

Skyler bashfully turned his head around and walked fast towards his house as he felt heat rising to his cheeks. "Idiot...." Skyler said to himself as he try to compose his body for acting so weird.

Nature looked at Skyler's fast retreating form with confusion as she looked questioningly at Sunny.

"What was that about?" 

Sunny just smiled and put a paw in Nature's shoulder. "Oh dear innocent Nature. Looks like it is your turn to be the oblivious and denial type huh?"

"What?" Nature just raised a brow at Sunny's explanation as the fire dragoness stiffle a giggle as she went back to cooking.

"By the way, there are some young dragons that would love to meet you at that part of the lake. Why don't you go see them? I'll call for you when the food is ready." Sunny shooed Nature away with her spatula as Nature shrugged and proceed to go with Sunny's plan.

"Hehehe. Oh my gosh, I feel a sense of Deja vu coming." Sunny then looked forward, particularly to no one and whispered.

"Hey you, do you think Skyler and Nature might be finally be able to know their own feelings? Let alone their feeling with one another?" Sunny winked.

"Stay tuned!" Sunny then grab a cooked steak from the grill. She then raised her claw and--

*BZZZZZZZZZZZZT!*

A tear-like hole suddenly open from the air that she put her claw in and handed a perfectly cooked steak to the ones that is reading this fiction.

"Hey! Don't forget to vote and comment! I heard the author is struggling with his college life! Seeing you guys being supportive to him really lifts his spirit!" Sunny winked and licks the readers in the face.

"Bye! I don't wanna break the fourth wall too much. Gotta stay in character!"  She then proceeds to fix the tear in the dimensional hole as she began humming a cheerful tune while leaving the reader's with a bewildered expression.
