APPEARANCE A pale young woman with petite body structure, long black hair which she always neatly tied up in a low twin pigtails, gentle brown eyes, and adoring pinkish lips. Most of the time, she has a rather nondescript expression on her face. However, whenever she reaches the hundred percent of her emotion, her eyes glow either red or white, her hair and the fabric she's wearing is also get affected by her psychic powers which causing it to float and become spiky, while her expression changes to reflect whatever emotion she's feeling during this state.
PERSONALITY As a child, Shinra learned that her psychic power was linked to her emotions. Strong negative emotions can cause her to hurt others, something that she strongly dislikes and avoids. Therefore, she generally tries to keep his emotions in check. However, in some cases, she can control her powers when it is needed. Shinra is also socially awkward, struggles with reading the atmosphere which has led to her having a lack of friends, easily to get tired in public places, and unable to talk straight especially to stranger or new people. Despite of that, she is a very forgiving and understanding individual who never holds grudges or resentment towards those who've hurt her and had a seemingly limitless compassion for everyone, even for some cursed-spirits.
ABILITIES Shinra possesses an immeasurably potent ability for both cursed-spirits and humanity itself. Here are some examples:
Spiritual Awareness As an Esper, Shinra can see the spirits of the deceased and sense the energy of any spirit, curses, jujutsu sorcerers, or esper in a twenty kilometer radius. Telekinesis Shinra's most used power is her ability to move objects with her mind. Using this, she can levitate an entire building with ease, and tear apart objects on the molecular level. She's also used telekinesis to create force fields to block attacks, augment his own strength and speed, and achieve high-speed flight. Flight Shinra can use her telekinesis to make herself fly, she is fast enough in order to dodge attacks. She is also able to use her speed in order to speed blitz another Esper or Sorcerer. Exorcising By simply touching a curse or spirit, Shinra can instantly exorcise and send it back to the spiritual plane. Psychic and Cursed Absorption Shinra can drain energy from spirits, curses, sorcerers, espers, and the environment to boost her own power. Using this also absorbs some of the target's emotions, letting her feel what they feel. Astral Projection Shinra had a capability to separate her soul from her body. By doing this, she can easily enter the minds and bodies of others. Chlorokinesis By imbuing some of her power into plants, Shinra can make them grow and manipulate them to her own will. Psychic Energy Barriers This is one of Shinra's main weapons for combat. She is able to create a psychic barrier in order to protect herself and stack it in order to increase her defenses while in combat. She can also block psychic and physical blows or punches imbued with cursed technique. Energy Transference Shinra can transfer some of her energy to another person, making them stronger or heal their injuries depending on how much energy she gives them. Alternate Form: 100% Mode Due to her fear of hurting others with her powers, Shinra has sealed the bulk of her energy behind several emotional locks. When Shinra starts to feel intense amounts of one emotion, symbolized by a percent meter reaching 100%, the lock representing said emotion will "explode", releasing her full power. This greatly enhances psychic powers letting her levitate and compress multiple buildings at once, defeat high-level spirits with ease, lift hundreds of people and pin them to a ceiling, reconstruct buildings that were reduced to rubble, and easily overwhelm other espers or jujutsu sorcerers. Depending on the emotion that exploded, Shinra's personality in this form varies with Rage sending her into a state of tranquil fury, Sadness causing her to uncontrollably cry, or Gratitude letting her grant all of her powers to whoever she was grateful to. Alternate Form: ???% Mode A special state that Shinra enters when she gets knocked unconscious. It is seemingly a power that exists separately from Shinra's spirit since it survives when her body is destroyed. When Shinra is knocked unconscious, this mode takes control of her body, greatly enhancing her psychic powers to far past their normal limits. One attack in this state was enough to break a whole shopping district in seconds and send the debris of it into the sky. While in this form, Shinra is subconsciously absorbing all types of energy from everything around her. Weakening any espers, sorcerers, curses, or spirits that are nearby to strengthen herself further.
