Y/n POV
I was currently standing by the snack bar looking around at everyone, my brother decided to throw this huge party at our house. It was dark lights blaring everywhere. I glance over as I see Emma and Nick arms wrapped around one another dancing. The smug smile on his face...ugh so fake. She smiling showing some of her pregnancy stomach. I sigh clenching my jaw, I watch the two enjoying whatever they were doing.
I don't even know why I'm so pissed, its like no matter what I do seeing the two together just makes me annoyed. I mean at least I can be on the same room as them rather than avoiding them. I should act normal and I'm sure this go away.
B: You looked annoyed
I hear Brandon right into my ear as I glance at him
Y/n: Brandon hey, did you just get here?
I ask as he nods lightly
B: Actually I have to go back and pack but I just wanted to see you before I go with my family
He says as slightly nod making a light pout, Brandon is actually great company
Y/n: You know I might not show it but I'll miss you
I say as he smiles leaning closer
B: Well I wouldn't be gone long
He says as I smile, I then glance back at Nick and Emma and lightly sigh, it still hurts but getting better
B: Does it hurt?
He asks as I glance at him once again
Y/n: What
I lightly reply as he places his hand on mine that was on the table
B: When you see them together
He says as I slightly glance back then look at him
Y/n: Sometimes, but I understand it whatever, I'm over it. I just annoyed at the way she mocks everyone
I answer as he nods lightly looking into my eyes
B: Can I ask you something?
He says as I nod looking at him as he lightly moves forward
Y/n: Yeah
I ask in nearly a whisper
B: What are you looking for?, Your so beautiful you don't need to be worry, you shouldn't be afraid...maybe someone else might treat you better
He says as I wonder what he means..then I realize he meant himself and after the past couple of moments we've shared I mean maybe he's right. He is amazing, kind and sweet. Brandon leans right close looking into my eyes as I feel goosebumps and heart beating fast
B: I'll be waiting for you at the door....if you know what your looking and maybe if you feel something between us
He says smiling smirking lightly as I know there something I'm feeling and maybe it worth a shot. Brandon is amazing and he's been by my side the whole time. I know letting him go would be one of the biggest mistakes.
I bite my lip lightly as I begin walking his way, he was half away towards the door when I grab his wrist, he immediately turns around and looks me in my eyes smiling
Y/n: I know
I say as I walk closer as he starts reaching for my hand as he leans in my hand rests on the side his cheek we both immediately lean closer his hand wrapping around my waist as he pulls me closer our lips instantly connect he kisses me as I kiss back, I feel lighting sparks, chills down my spine. I melt into his lips against me, the room lightly spinning slowly. We pull away and look into one another eyes as he smiles and I do the same
B: Your-um that was
I giggle at his reaction I peck his lips again as he smiles, his soft plump lips against mine feel amazing, also kinda weird cause he's my best friend
Y/n: Be back soon
I say as he nods
B: Definitely
He says smiling, I then move back walking back over to the table as I take a seat smiling reminiscing what just happened, I then look at the table smiling and biting my lip lightly
N: What the..shit was that
I hear Nick as I glance over at him, oh so now he cares
Y/n: What was what?
I ask as he huffs crossing his arms and clenching his jaw lightly not to noticeable
N: I saw you kissing Brandon, since when was that a thing
He asks as I chuckle grabbing a pretzel chip I bite it getting up
Y/n: Such we weren't one
I reply as he looks into my eyes and I do the same and I walk away
