Liam is great company. He is handsome, funny, understanding, caring.....and what not. I never ever thought I would meet someone like him in my life. Today was just awesome. He took to his favorite spot where he used to spend time alone whenever he needs some spaces. I literally speechless seeing the scenic beauty in front of me.
We spend our maximum time there as we have launch in a small cozy restaurant near by. We talk about so much thing, laughed while sharing about our silly childhood story. He has become a very good friend of mine. I know I know our parents want us to date but we are taking thing slow. At first we want to get to know each other as friends then we'll see how it goes.
But as you know while you are beaming with joy as you think today is your happy day nothing wrong can happen, your luck mocks you from side.
Yes, That's what happen to me. While returning home Liam asked me if I want to go to the river side just for a walk. I immediately agreed. As I was listening to his funny stories while enjoying the evening breeze I saw my boss Mr. Marcos talking with a little girl.
We are standing in 10 ft distance. He also saw me talking with Liam and something shift in his eyes but with a blink its gone and totally ignored me. I didn't give it a much thought and after spending some time there Liam drop me home and we bid our goodbyes.

I got early in my office but I saw that Mr. Marcos is already in his office talking with Mr. Adams. I quickly enter my cabin and started my work.
Suddenly I feel someone has entered my cabin I looked up and saw my boss with some files in his hand.
"How can I help you Sir?" I asked.
"Miss Collins, I have some work for I need you to get it done by today and soon as possible. And we have a meeting with some clients at 2.00pm arrange meeting room 2 by the time."
"yes Sir." I respond while taking my sit thinking he is going out but then suddenly he asked.
"How was your date by the way. I saw you are enjoying it very much. Your boyfriend is handsome. But Miss Collins your dating don't hinder your job."
"Of course Sir. I know what my job is and dating is my personal issue and I hope you respect my privacy by not asking about my boyfriend or any personal matter. I will do my job well. Don't worry."
I saw his jaw clenched.
"Very well then I hope you can show your responsibility by completing the task given to you." saying he walked out of my cabin hurriedly.
'You are doomed' I said myself banging my head on the desk.
"Miss Collins," I looked up and saw Mr. Adam.
"Yes Sir,"
"Miss Collins, sorry but this is what he always does. He is sending my outside to meet some other clients and to visit our workhouse to see if everything is in order." he said looking at the piles of files in front of me.
"It's okay sir. This is what I do." I said making a small smile. Suddenly we heard Mr. Marcos voice coming behind Mr. Adams.
"Luke I thought I gave you enough job to handle. I see, you still have so much free time in hand."
"Sorry Sir, I will be on way now. Bye." he hurriedly walked towards the elevator.
I gulp. "Miss Collins, I prefer professionalism at works. I don't want see any of my staffs wasting their time idling or gossiping. I hope you got the message. Now please complete your work."
"Yes Sir." I said nervously.

I stretch myself a little. Its already 1.55 pm. The meeting will be start soon. I have arranged everything as told and already had my lunch as I know the meeting will be held for a long time.
Suddenly my phone beeps. It's Liam.
'Hi beautiful. How are you." I smile while replying him.
'Don't ask. My boss is in bad mood. I am so tired that I think my whole body will ache by the time it ends." I hit the reply sending a crying emoji.
"Miss Collins, in the meeting room now."
I saw Mr. Marcos standing in front of my cabin fuming.
"Yes Sir."
'all the best.' I said myself sighing.
