Okay so hey guys! This part is like what it was written up there, it is to explain about what happened in the last chapter. The one with Izuku and Hitoshi could help the heroes with their investigation.
Some of you may have thought, "hey! Wait a minute! It doesn't make any sense! They're kids!"
So I wrote this part cause it is hard to add it in a chapter.
Okay so Izuku and Hitoshi both can join the investigation for they got the privilege. Why? It was because they are a student from an academy that was built for future lawyer and investigator. And also police officers too. So in short it's a law school.
This school allow their students to participate in an investigation as long as they are supervised by an investigator. But a law student aiming to be a lawyer can't handle a case of course.
