The Demon Queen's Knight Vol.2

The next day, luth and his group finally leave the dragon village, the village give them gifts for the journey

Vincent gave some potions
The villagers gave some cooking ware
And lirzlyth gave Aloandra a shield made with her scales and aber got a new sword with a fire element on it

After staying on the dragon's village for a day, they decided to go start the actual Quest given out by the queen, a lil quest that would make the public's view of the drunitians better

So they are now going to Amblecrown, the nearest kingdom.. they'll be there before night

"Aloandra right?" Kurumi ask while staring at aloandra

"Y-yes, I'm aloandra.. lady kurumi"

"Please stop with the lady, I'm sure that felyna also wants you stop" kurumi smiles

"S-sorry! W-what should I call you then"aloandra ask

"Just call me either kanzaki or kurumi I don't really mind, and you" she then turns to Aber

"Y-yes!?" Aber is clearly nervous

"Hmmm, looks like queen ariana chose the right people for the job, but seriously, she's really taking a lot of risk, isn't it mr faceless knight"  she looks at luth who is driving the carriage

"Come on, don't call me that..hahaha.. your right, it's a huge risk, but I trust the queen, all we have to do is to make sure everything will be alright"

Kurumi then look back at the two newbie "so, tell me, do you guys wanna listen about some new information that I found on my research?"

Aloandra and aber look at each other before nodding

"Alright, I'll tell you, looks like I know what the really difference between a real demon and a drunitian.. although yes, we know the demons as horned beings with tremendous power, and the drunitians are thought to be demons for the couple of hundreds of years... But I just find out something really interesting, you see, demons.. can change appearance.. the original form would always be the horned humanoid creature.. but I find out the demons have different skin colors.. sometimes red, sometimes blue...and many more, but then never had the same color as humans,elves,dwarves and other races. But, it's hard to tell if one is a demon ,as again, they can change appearance, it's not shape shifting, they can just change the color of their hair, and skin to their liking"

The two are listening really well and is quite intrigued by the story

"Also, I forgot to tell you, luth, the woman that you fought that night, I do some research about her as well"

"What did you find?" Luth asked

"There's a high possibility that she's a demon, base to what she can do"

"So the real demons are really showing up.. maybe that's why the gods of this world let the people summon heroes from other world.. and it just happens the the drunitians finally returns to this realm from the mirror realm"

"True"

"Thanks for the research kurumi you really are a great a help" luth said

"Of course~ I'm a genius after all"

Luth sighs "well... Only a few can actually rival your intellect..hahaha"

It's about to get dark when the group arrive at Amblecrown, when they enter, they go straight to a part of the city where drunitian people stays and make a living there, thanks to the new queen eliza amblecrown, the definition people had a good relationship with the citizens of amblecrown... Of course everything starts rough, but now, they are doing great and getting along well

They put the giant lizard on a specialize stable then went to a walk

"Amazing.. drunitian people living amongst the other races in another country... " Aber said as he and aloandra  looks around in awe

"Surprise? Hehe, this a  proof of our friendship with amblecrown, a small step for us to live in harmony with other people" luth said while smiling

"We should find a place to sleep nya"

"Right, hmmm.. but it's my first time here actually.. I never leave the dragon's village when I'm training"

"Don't worry about it, I frequently go here when I'm researching so I know a place" kurumi smiles proudly

The group walk around seeing Drunitians living in harmony with other races, luth can't help but to smile while looking

Once they arrive in a inn which only has a few people inside mostly town guards drinking, they are greeted by a human woman with black hair, she is wearing a apron

"Good evening, what brings you here to our inn?" She smiles, but then she notices kurumi "oh! Miss kurumi! Welcome back, I assume you and your comrades are here to stay for the night?"

"Yes, two rooms please, the girls would share a room, same with the boys"  said kurumi

"Alright then" the woman smiles "honey! Can you please guide our guest to their rooms? "

"On it!" A voice of a man comes from the back and when he walks out from the kitchen everyone saw that the man is a black haired drunitian

Everyone is surprise to see that a human female called a drunitian male honey

"Wait... This two are.." luth looks at kurumi

"Yep, they're in a relationship"

The drunitian inn keeper look at the si called guest that will stay in the inn for tonight and immediately recognize luth and felicia

"Wah! Sir luth! Lady felicia!?"

Luth smiles "yep..haha . That's us.."

"I'll show you your rooms! Right away!" The male inn keeper is visibly excited that two queen's knight is sleeping in their inn
