Ch. 8 "DNA Code"

                                                            Kayden POV 

"So talk," I said glaring at them, 

"Look why don't you come back and we can talk," Cap said 

"Not happening," I said crossing my arms, 

"Look-" Bucky began

"No you look, I don't trust any of you, and I'm not going back so just leave me the hell alone," I said 

They went to say something but I just rolled my eyes, 

I walked off, and they didn't follow thankfully, 

                                   Bucky POV 

"Now what?" Steve said 

"She needs time to cool off, clearly we pissed her off," I said 

"Language Buck," Steve said 

I just rolled my eyes, 

We were now back in the tower, I was sitting on the couch, and Steve was sipping on a drink when Tony walked in, 

"There you two are," He said 

"What?" I asked not in the mood, 

"So I was examining Kayden's DNA because something looked off about it," Tony said 

"Okay?" Steve said 

"So I broke down her DNA, and there is some kind of replicated formula in her DNA code," Tony said 

"What?" I asked 

"It's kinda like the Super Solider Serum but different, more evolved, and there is something else that is really weird," Tony said looking at his tablet, 

"In this Serum that is attached to her DNA, both of your DNA is inside of the Serum," Tony said 

We both looked at each other, 

"How is that even possible?" Steve asked 

"I don't know we're still trying to figure that out," Tony said 

"That could explain her strength," I said 

"The question is how?" Steve said 

We all nod, 

                                    Kayden POV 

Stupid Avengers, Stupid adults, and most importantly Stupid life, 

Yeah, What can I say I'm angry at the world, I don't trust anyone but myself, after my parents were killed by HYDRA, that's when the beatings from my uncle started, 

So I think it was after I tuned six, I decided I needed to defend myself, I needed to learn how to keep myself safe, 

But after that I stepped it up a notch, training myself in knives and sometimes guns, I don't use guns much but lets just say for arguments sake, if I was fighting someone and they lose their gun and others have me surrounded I would use it, 

I mostly just used my fists, I forged my body into a weapon, I'm not letting the Avengers, shield or even HYDRA get in the way of my goal, 

I've been on the search constantly for the one who pulled the trigger killing both of my parents, that is why I've been taking down HYDRA facilities, 

Because I'm determined to get revenge, 

Revenge and anger are what keep me going, what keeps me from ever giving up, and never give in, I thought 

I may be thirteen, but I'm not a typical thirteen year old girl, and I'm going to find my parents killer no matter what it costs me, I thought as I stood on a very high building, 

The wind blowing my hair from under my hood, the moonlight shining down on me, 

No one, I repeat no one, is getting in my way, i thought as I glared down at the streets, seeing HYDRA agents exchanging weapons to common thugs on the street, 

"Time to get to work," I smirked
