chapter 2

Clarke

"Clarke honey talk to me " mom said playing with my cheek.

I looked over at my dad who was looking displeased.

"Did you tell her to do this " she said to dad.

"No I don't know what's wrong with her" he said shaking his head.

"Clarke I'm your mom talk to me " she said again .

"Jake that's low telling our daughter to stop talking to me " mom snapped at dad.

"He didn't I just decided I don't want to talk to you "  I snapped at her.

"Clarke" dad warned me .

"I hate her " I shouted at him.

I looked at mom her face full of hurt and anger .

"I'm sorry " i said as I retreated my footsteps.

"Damn right your sorry " she snarled at me.

"Can I talk to your mom in private Clarke " Dad said to me.

I walked the door and went to see Bellamy.

"Griffin" Bellamy said from the doorway as I walked into his apartment .

"Blake" I said nodding my head.

The tears that I was so desperately trying to hold back sprung from my eyes 

"I hate her Bellamy" I sobbed as Bellamy opened his arms so I could hug him.

I dove into him dipping my head in his shoulder.

"I hope she gets floated " I said to him (this was our way of saying I hope she dies).

He waited until I calmed down and began to talk .

"I was reading a book about Romans today did you know that their emperor Julius ceaser was stabbed 32 times" he said talking about his obsession with Romans .

I smiled as this was his attempt to cheer me up because he Knew I thought he was a dork when he talked about Romans and when I talked about The human body.

I realized my hand was still clutching his sleeve for dear life .

I let it go as he played with my blonde curl.

"So Griffin you going to annoy me by talking about the human body "

"You don't want to listen to me talking about that" I said to him.

"Clarke come say goodbye to your mother" dad said from the doorway to Bellamy's house .

I got up taking Bellamy with me and walked out with my dad.

She was staring at me as if she hated me but that was nothing new .

"I'll see you in a month" she said to me and walked off .

I went back to Bellamy's apartment to seen that he was giving Octavia food.

"You can stay for 5 minutes" dad said then walked away.

I closed the door and grabbed Bellamy's attention.

"Clarkey" Octavia said with food in her mouth.

"Hey Octavia" I said to her walking closer.
