The next day all of the dancers were excited. Neveah and Caleb had stayed up all night editing the video and it the outcome was better than any of them were expecting.
"We fucking did it" Jules sat on the couch in between Neveah and Shane "The internet loves us"
"How could they not?" Shane smiled
"How much you wanna bet Madame is gonna take all the the credit?" Neveah laid her head on Jules' shoulder
"Screw her, we all know that you and Caleb were the ring leaders and that is all that matters" The three laughed. When they had stopped Jules noticed Oren standing in the hall and he waved her over. "I'll be right back" Shane and Neveah watched her make her way over to the boy.
"Don't do anything I wouldn't do" Shane called out to her
"What a short list that is" She joked before Oren took her hand in his and pulled her down the hall "What's up"
"We didn't get a chance to talk last night"
"You mean I never gave you a straight answer last night"
"I wouldn't put it like that but, yeah"
"We've been kinda shitty to each other since I got back so I was thinking, we need to start over instead of jumping back into a relationship" Oren let out a sigh and leaned against the wall, the silence between the two started making Jules nervous
"I want this to work so if starting over is what it takes then I'll do it" She smiled as he pulled her into a hug "But we are starting today, with a date"
"We have a show to do tonight remember?"
"Well then I guess we better get going"
"Give me 10 minutes" He gave her a kiss on the cheek before walking down the hall. Jules turned around and went back into the common area. "Come with me" She grabbed Neveah and Shane's arms as she talked
"Why?" Shane asked. She pulled them all the way to her room before answering
"Oren is taking me on a date"
"Wait so you said yes?" Neveah's eyes slightly widened
"Not exactly. We're starting over" Jules looked through her closet as she spoke "I really want us to work"
"And you will" Shane assured "Where's he taking you anyway"
"He didn't say"
"What if this is a cruel revenge trick and he's taking you out so he can murder you" Neveah nudged Shane in his side
"Why would you say that?" He just shrugged
"And just like that I've moved on from nervous to scared"
"He's not gonna murder you Jules" Neveah walked over to her and grabbed her hand "Everything's gonna be fine"
