CHAPTER 12: What Makes A Villain

Enji's POV:

I went inside the building to find out how it was started and if there was anyone inside that needed help. That's when I went on top of the platform that was above the pool. I saw what looked to be blood and something else mixed. As I began to collect a sample with a syringe for investigation. A deep voice says.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you. Anything in this building must be destroyed as ordered by the commissioner. We can't have villains getting anything from here. As it would be too dangerous in their hands."

"Who are you to order me around little man?"

"I'm the record keeper of this place. My orders are to destroy it if anyone trespasses."

"The keeper? I see. As you wish."

I had dropped one vial but kept the other that he didn't notice. Afterwards I went to the hospital to check on hawks condition.

Dabi's POV:

When we got back to the hideout. Toga pulled us all into a room to talk.

"So listen, I found something strange at the scene where hawks was before he was cut free. It appears that the keeper had took advantage of hawks in a naughty and disgusting way."

"Wait do you mean?"

Toga nods yes which pisses me off.

"That mother fucker!"

I began to storm out to find anyone who works for the comision to find answers as to what enji was a part of and where that son of a bitch called the keeper is hiding. After some searching. I found where hawks was at. He was in the hospital downtown. So I hid by his window on the outside to listen 8n. As I had heard enji talking.

"I did some tests on evidence found at the scene. I'm not asking you to relive what happened. Only for you to tell me what villain did it to you."

Hawks stays quiet for a moment.

"It's confidential  so drop it before you get hurt aswell."

"I see, so that's what's going on. Well I'd better leave so you can rest up."

"Before you go. I gotta ask you something endeavor."

"Hm?"

"What did the commission tell you to do with Touya?"

"What brought this on? That was many years ago."

"I just need an answer please endeavor."

"They said that his quirk was too powerful for any support gear to work with him. As anything used would melt at first contact with his flames. So they ordered me to dash my son's dreams and tell him to give up on becoming a hero. I didn't want to but I also didn't want to see him get injured or die trying. Unfortunately he still tried and ended up pushing himself too far. I just wanted my son to be safe, but it got him killed."

The sound of his voice begins to tremble at the end as he mutters.

"I'm sorry Touya. I wish I could've found a way to help your dream become a reality. "

I begin to cry as I whisper to myself.

"You damn old fool, don't cry for the dead. You'll only make us cry aswell."

Once enji leave. I head out aswell. Only to be pulled back by a feather and into hawks room where he hugs me.

"You came, I'm so glad."

Hawks clutches on tightly as he begins to sob Uncontrollably.

As I ruffled his hair. Hawks looks up without warning and kisses me. At first I was startled, but soon gave into him. My arms around him as hands grasp his wings lightly. Only to be forced down by his feathers. Hawks and I both blush as our gaze is locked. He slowly learns over and kisses me again. I kiss back and close my eyes. Giving myself to him and freely letting him take control.
