Waverly's POV
It was now the next day and I was at my "parents" house. I was officially moving into the wolf den today.
I heard a knock on my doorframe and I looked over, seeing Addi leaning against it. She saw me look at her and she asks, "Hey, um, Wave, can I talk to you for a sec?"
"Of course, Addi, whatcha need?" I answer, laying my shirt I was folding down on my bed and turning around to face my twin. It was a bright, sunny day outside and the sunlight illuminated Addi's blonde hair, making her look like Rapunzel.
"Waverly, why do you have to go?" She asks.
"Adds, I've told you, I'm a werewolf, I'm their Great Alpha, I have to be with them," I respond. Over the past week or two, me and Addi have gotten a lot closer, so hopefully this doesn't effect that.
"But still, that won't give us as much time to talk about stuff, like the revenge I have been planning for that skank!" Addi smirked, reminding me of our revenge plan for Zed.
"Trust me, we will get revenge on that cheating bitch. He will wish he was never born," I promised, making my twin laugh.
"Thanks Wave, I'm going to miss you so much," she pulls me into a tight hug, not wanting to let go.
"I'm going to miss you too, but it's not like we aren't ever going to see each other again, we'll see each other around town and school and of course I'm gonna visit," I say, chuckling, trying to lighten the atmosphere around us, which has become very heavy.
Addi walked over to my bed and looked at my bags before saying, "You almost packed up, huh?"
"Ya, I just need to grab one thing and I'll be done," I say before disappearing into my closet. I come out holding 2 bracelets that looked like they were made by 4 year olds.
Addi gasped and clasped her hand over her mouth, tears in her eyes. She reached out her hand and picked up one of the bracelets. "Are these what I think they are?"
"Yes, they are, and I want you to have one," I say, putting one around my wrist and the other around my twin's wrist. I then pulled her into a hug.
"I can't believe that you kept them all these years," she whispered, her tears on the verge of spilling.
"Me either," We both chuckle. We made these friendship bracelets when we were in Kindergarten together, and every single day until 3rd grade, we would wear them 24/7. But then, we just started to grow apart, and then there was our first falling out, and I threw them into my closet never wanting to see them again. A couple days ago, I started packing, and I found them, and it brought back so many memories. Happier times. Times of when there wasn't a worry in the world, and nobody hated anyone. I would give anything to go back to then.
I broke our hug and zipped up my last bag before hauling all 4 of them downstairs, Addi right by my side.
Now it was time to face my mother- now aunt.
I dropped the bags at the doorway and went to the kitchen. She was leaning over the stove, cooking something. She apparently heard me come in, because she turned around and came over to me and immediately hugged me.
"Honey, I'm so sorry for everything, you don't even know how much I'm going to miss you," she almost cried, which she only rarely does, so this is important to her.
"I'm going to miss you too Mom," I said, not even realizing, which pushed her right over the edge and she broke down.
We stood there for a good 8 minutes before she straightened herself up again and went over to grab one of my bags.
"Its fine, I know the guys don't like the forest, I can go by myself," I was about to turn around, but Addi stopped me.
"No, Waverly, we are coming with you, I want to meet these werewolves," Missy said, letting out a little laugh.
"Let's go then!" I smile and open the door before grabbing 2 bags. I lead them through town and past the fence. They were hesitant, but they trusted me. I slowly walked through the woods, before seeing my new home, the wolf den. I started walking a little bit faster when I saw Wyatt standing there, waiting for me, looking as handsome as ever.
I dropped my bags and started to run towards him before crashing into him, both my body and my lips. We kissed for a couple seconds before pulling back and turning back to my family and waving them to come closer, as they did, hesitantly.
"Mother, Addi, welcome to... the wolf den!" I smiled as they observed every nook and cranny of the giant boulder.
I caught my "mom" eyeing Wyatt, and then it hit me. They haven't met before!
"Oh, Mom, this is Wyatt, my boyfriend," I blushed at the last part.
Wyatt held out his hand and said politely, "Pleasure to meet you, Mrs. Wells, and I would like to say that Waverly is a wonderful person, you did a great job raising her,"
She returned the handshake and said, "Thank you, and please, just call me Missy,"
"Alright, Missy," he politely chuckled. He's really pulling out all the stops right now, that's for sure.
"Well, I guess that's it. Bye Addi, bye Mom, love you guys so much," I hugged them quickly.
"Bye, Waverly, we love you. Make sure to visit us often, or else we might just come and visit you," she added, making me laugh at just the thought of them being in the woods alone. They turned around and left, leaving me and my boyfriend alone.
"Really trying to make a good first impression, huh? You can drop the act," I joked, seeing him visibly relax.
"How could you tell?" He jokingly asked, a cute expression plastered on his face.
"Wyatt, you were polite and charming, come on," I point out.
"And?" He taunted.
I shook my head, smiled, and sighed, "Whatever," I took 2 bags and he took 2 of my bags and we went inside and he brought me to my new room, which was bigger than most of them and a little nicer. Perks of being the Great Alpha, right?
I sat down on my bed, and Wyatt sat right next to me. He turned to me and asked, "So, you nervous for the Wedding?"
"Huh!?"
What Wedding!
A/N
