Thank you to everyone who decided to read this book, mental health is so important to me and has been a big part of my life. But sadly there is still so much sigma around it. I hope this book makes you feel less alone or you even learn something about mental health from it. Because the more we know about it the more we can end the stigma around it, while also helping other people who struggle, even ourselves.
